I don’t know who is writing Mehmet Oz’s speeches or running his campaign, but I have had the feeling for some time now that his staff is secretly in the employ of John Fetterman.
Either that, or the man is utterly clueless. I suppose both are possible as well.

Oz has nothing. He’s a celebrity with face and name recognition and he thought he could ride that into a Senate seat, just like Trump did with the White House. It’s not working out that way.
The next race where the same dynamic exists is the Walker v. Warnock debacle and I surely do hope that Walker goes down in flames. Right now it’s a statistical tie.
Here’s a bonus clip. Louisiana’s unfortunately named senator, John Kennedy, digs Oz’s grave a bit deeper, but he doesn’t see it that way.

John Kennedy probably stood his ass up for the Russian national anthem when he visited Moscow July 4, 2017. Ask him about it.
