This doesn’t surprise me in the slightest. As a matter of fact, it would have surprised me more to hear that all of the other Republicans in the House just went along with Marjorie Taylor Greene’s theatrics and never spoke out at all. For any normal minded person, that woman’s continual performative assholery and real time trolling must be a nightmare to listen to, let alone every day.

Thomas Massie was interviewed by now-podcaster Matt Gaetz and he was the one who tattled on Texas Representative Van Taylor. Maybe this is the silver lining to Gaetz’ podcasts, that we’ll get to find out some dirt that might not otherwise be available.

If this Congressman Taylor went off on both Greene and Massie, and the same day no less, he’s got points in my book. Carry on.

As Massie has pointed out to us, he realized one day that his constituents weren’t voting for himself or Ron Johnson or Rand Paul because they were libertarians but because they “were the craziest sons of bitches in the room.” Maybe that’s going to change.

  1. It is so sad that the ones attempting to bring down the country are a bunch of clowns. Jokes. Embarrassments. No, we couldn’t have revolutionaries fighting for the people. We have a bunch of scum fighting for the complete rule of the boardroom. They are succeeding for now, but I don’t think it will last. What we need are grass roots organizing that covers every neighborhood, not just every state or county, and some clever Madison Avenue types. It will happen and I hope soon.
