And we thought the UK got him good. Well, Ireland took it to the next level! We can hope that Trump saw some of this. We already know about the “F Trump” in the field for the approach to Air Force 1 landing. Now let’s discuss balloons. Ireland was not subtle. We don’t know if Trump even noticed, but someone is sure to post it, and someone else could get it to Trump’s feed.

This is hilarious, and I hope you agree! It’s not something we do over here, but oh my goodness, gracious, would it be appropriate for the next “No Kings” protest? Trump would be sure to see it then. This is not a one-trick pony. The UK started the Trump baby in a diaper, screaming, balloon. Then it made it over here. Perhaps Ireland’s contributions will make it over here. Surely someone could make it now, right?  And what could we do next? Sometimes you have to think bigger. My regards to Raw Story:

Enormous and crude balloons cast a dark shadow over President Donald Trump’s visit to Ireland on Saturday. Posts on X showed throngs of protesters holding up balloons depicting Trump engaging in sexual intercourse with Jeffrey Epstein and Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu. According to a Saturday article by The Independent, journalist and author Justine McCarthy said, “We don’t want him here,” as she went to protests in Doonbeg. The Independent noted Trump was found liable for sexual abuse by a jury in 2023, but he’s not registered as a sex offender. McCarthy added, “The rest of the world will know that we don’t want him here,” showing it through the protests.

Ouch. That’s an opinion that is likely shared by any number of countries. Anyone who believes in Trump should take a good look at him. The real Trump is definitely coming out since he has no guardrails anymore. He just blurts things out, like thinking Ireland should merge back into one nation, so you know how stupid our president is and was over there. To say there was outrage over that little throwaway statement made people hate him even more, and who could blame them? Not us, that’s for certain. It’s all on Trump. This is one of his worst flippant statements, and he can keep it. America takes no responsibility for that gem.

But we were talking about balloons and Trump. Actually, we were talking about protests and Trump. There are a lot of protests. And on “No Kings” Day, it’s not just America that’s protesting. There are people in other countries protesting with us. It’s not just the United States now. It’s bigger than that. And they know why we are protesting. Ireland got Trump good with their various protests. And by the way:

According to reporting by The New York Times, a “No Kingsmural appeared in Dublin on Thursday. Siobhán O’Donoghue, the executive director of Uplift, the campaign group behind the display, told The Times it had to let the world know it opposes Trump. “We just can’t capitulate to that narrative that people in Ireland somehow or another are backing Trump,” she said. “All it takes is for good people to stay silent for an incorrect view to be drawn.”

Indeed, it does. That’s a little bit of No Kings. Good people have to stand up and use their voices. That’s part of what we’re doing here. Good people are using their voices to protest. Bruce Springsteen is using his voice; others are using their voices. Half of the country is using their voices, even us here at PZ. We’re not going to stop. When we flip Congress, they will really be using their voices. Thank you for the assist, Ireland. You and me? Let’s take our country back.

Friends, I know everybody begs you for money. I promise you that, of all the outlets bugging you for spare change, we are the smallest and the hardest-working. We’re a bunch of old, disabled people, except for one writer in his mid-50s. But the rest of us are in our sixties and seventies, and this is a labor of love. All we’re asking for is the ability to continue our quest to tell the truth about Trump and help ensure democracy survives. If you can help, please do. Thank you. Ursula
