I cannot believe this guy!

What in the holy hell does RFK Jr think he is doing? The more I read, the madder I get. Do you remember those “wellness farms”? Well, he feels that black kids shouldn’t have access to medications, especially not those for mental health issues. He wants to send them to these “wellness camps”. They would be denied medications, no cell phones, computers, or any way to keep in touch with the outside world. They would be put to work full-time, presumably with little or no pay, growing organic food. This he calls re-parenting. *I* call it SLAVERY. Let me say it again. SLAVERY. And he wants to do the same to anyone who isn’t white. Except he also wants to go after the homeless, the elderly, and insane people because he thinks these work camps will solve everyone’s problems. It’s still SLAVERY, no matter how you look at it. I am so pissed I practically don’t have the words.

And you know what? This falls right in line with tRump’s and Muskrat’s fascist leanings. Now isn’t that an interesting coincidence? I don’t think it’s a coincidence at all. It’s just not said that way. From previous conversations he’s had, he says it with contempt for the people he feels are physically unwell and this fits right in with the larger MAGA agenda. How about people who are disabled? What will he do with them? Can’t exactly put them to work. Will they just disappear somewhere? This is severe prejudice. He could go after trans people or feminists, or, or, or, the list is endless. It’s whoever he can think of that doesn’t fit the fascist ideal. Fascism is always an ideology based on the belief that modern society has become weak and degenerate and that the cure is purging certain people. Doesn’t that sound like the Mango Mandarin, E-yawn, and RFK Jr when you look at what’s underlying the words?

SLAVERY. Just think of all of society, and what he doesn’t like, he’ll send them to wellness camps where they will be re-parented. No meds? No contact with the outside world? I wouldn’t last 2 months. And no matter how someone protests about it, they could still get dragged off at any time. What a frightening thought. If you’re not good enough, for example, I’m a feminist, so I’d just disappear.

Make America Healthy Again, my ass, it is. HHS is ordered to “assess the prevalence of and threat posed by the prescription of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, stimulants, and weight-loss drugs.” But it’s clear from the context that no good faith assessment is intended, as the order repeatedly cites a preordained conclusion that there is an “over-utilization of medication” and an “over-reliance on medication and treatments.” He thinks that mental issues can be overcome by eating right and exercising. Bullsh*t they can!

There’s no need to take Kennedy’s banal chatter about “healthy food” at face value, and not just because every American is educated in the concept of a “balanced diet” from well before they can eat solid food. Scratch the surface even a millimeter, and it’s evident Kennedy has a hostile, even eliminationist attitude towards anyone he has decided doesn’t meet his esoteric standard of physical fitness. The food gambit is so that, when health care is taken from people, he can say it’s their own fault for not taking his “advice” on how unpaid farm labor is the cure for bipolar disorder and so forth. It’s fascist rhetoric rebranded as “wellness.” What a bunch of hooey.
