What makes this so sad is that Elise Stefanik had so much potential and like Lindsey Graham, Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz and so many, they have all gone to the Dark Side and embraced Trumpism. It is truly tragic. It’s like supporting cancer, as opposed to supporting research to combat cancer.
It makes you wonder what it will take for these people to wake up. How much do they have to lose personally, how much misery and destruction do they have to see? Being obtuse is one thing, being pathologically incapable of seeing what’s in front of you is another thing.
Elise Stefanik was ALWAYS on the dark side. Unfortunately, her NY-21 Congressional District is full of Fox News converted Trump cultists, so now she covets them and their vote. Outside chance she will be defeated on Nov. 1, 2022. Hope so. Total embarrassment to the US and the NYers she represents every time she opens her mouth.
