He’s BaaaAAAAAaack!
Hello my friends. Yes, I’m still upright and taking nourishment. Every morning I wake up, grab the LVRJ, don’t see my name ion the obituaries, and have a bowl of cereal.One personal note before we atart, a matter of personal pride. About 10 days ago I got a phone call from my oldest daughter, who had just heard from her college professor. She is now Dr. Romano, with a PhD in Business Administration. I cried. So did Teri. And Trump’s sister didn’t do her homework for her either!
I know you all wonder about my lengthy absences from the site, but there’s a reason. Ursula likes to refer to my rants as my poison pen, but even a poison pen rant without some kernel of greater truth is still nothing more than a rant. And the second term of the Traitor Tot administration is so extremely delusional, narcissistic, obsessional and incoherent that there is no greater kernel of truth to tether it to. It’s like tuning into the Oscars, and seeing the 3 Stooges receiving a lifetime achievement award in the drama category.
But with El Pendejo Presidente’s lunatic obsession with all that have screwed with him, along with his opocorn-hull-between-teetj-and-gum obsession with his 2020 defeat, there something we can use to tether this with reality,
Former GOP strategist Rick Wilson wrote a book titled Everything Trump Touches Dies. Never were truer words spoken. And the first accidental fatality was the DOJ, closely followed by the FBI. His Lowness has turned two widely respected and uber professional organizations into global laughing stocks. Let’s just recap a dew highlights;
- The Trump DOJ filed a federal lawsuit seeking personal information on hundreds of Fulton County, Georgia local election workers and supervisors. The suit was thrown out of court
- Trump’s FBI surged jundreds of agents to Fulton County,Georgia to investigate the workers, removing them from actual crime investigations to chase their tails. To do it, they had to force out the Special Agent In Charge for georgia, who wanted nothing to do with this boonfoggle. Then they had to fire two FBI analysts who refused to go along with the scam
- A Florida federal judge today threw out a Trump $10 billion civil suit demanding reparations for Traitor Tot, family members, and associates for legal fees and punitive damages resulting from the federal investigations into Trump and associates in the Sunchine State. Is a scathing 56 page opinion the judge called the scam exactly what it was, A fraud perpetrated on the court. More on that ruling below
- Trump plans a prime time national address on Thursday, in which he will ceaselessy whine about the fraud perpetrated on him in the 2020 election
- Today, on the National Mal in DC, a giant trophy cup was erected, with a bronze plaque proclaiming it as a Participation Trophy for Baton von Schitzenpants for getting us into the Iran war with no plausible justification, or plausible exit strategy
Just a personal aside here. When it somes to the the traitor Tot purges of the FBI, the DOJ, the CIA, the NSA, and other critical groups, and the force outs or firing of officials to clear the path for the Mango Messiah’s housecleaning, who is the ultimate loser? We the people. These aren’t clerks in the typing pool we’re talking about here, these are highly trained, veteran operatives, who have devoted their lives to serving we the people. Don’t cry for them, they can make 5-10X in the private sector what they were paid to keep us safe. Cry for us. And how do these departments recruit to replace them, and what kind of 3rd rate ass clowns do they attracct? It will take at least a decade to unraqvel the harm Traitor Tot has done to these elite organizations.
But there is hope. because as I stated in the title, the Rebel Rebellion is striking back. And it’s striking back in the one place where it can do the most damage. Peoples pocketbooks and livelihoods.
Back in 20212, Trump dispatched a Mongol horde of lawyers into contested states to file federal lawsuits challenging the outcomes of the election in states where he lost. To say that it was a fools errand is an insult to fools.
It all came a cropper. I wrote extensively of these suits, and their outcomes at the time, but it’s worth briefly worth revisiting. Not only did the Trump legal hush puppies go 0-62, but the judicial outrage ofer the frivolity of the filings struck too close to home for some of Traitor Tot’s ambulance chasers. In PA, MI, CO, AZ, and GA, outraged federal judges not only threw the suits out of court, they referred the filing attorney’s actions back to their home state bar associations for punitive actions for their conduct in court. This is serious sh*t. It can lead to sanctions such as a censure from the state bar, which goes on your record, all the way to a suspension, or even a revocation of your law license to practice law. Just ask Ruday Giuliani how that feels.
And it’s still happening right now. In her ruling today, the federal judge in Florida announced that she was referring the lawyers filing and arguing the suit back to their state bar associations for possible sanctions! And as far out of the loop as I am, even I’m aware of at least four other federal judges who have referred DOJ lawyers argiong Trump cases before them back to their state bars for possible sanctions. It’s one thing to have some state cirduit judge send a lawyers actions back to the batr for sanctions, but a federal judge is something else altogether.
This is how you finally win. Trump has tried his damn level best to stack the DOJ with soulless sycophants who will bend to his will. But he’s forgotten one simple thing. When he passes the bar, a lawyer takes an oath to engage in only ethical conduct. And Traitor Tot is only going to spin more and more out of control as he loses more control. And it’s going to have to be up to his sycophant DOJ lawyers to decide if they want to throw away their ticket to practice to satisfy El Pendejo Presidente’s bloodlust. Don’t touch that dial.
I thank you for the privilege of your time.

If I remember it correctly, a group of fired FBI agents are suing the agency for improper terminations. That should be an interesting court case to follow, as well.
Murf! It was great to have you come by! Thank you for the light in these dark times.
