Trump’s Campaign Is A RICO Group. And So Is The RNC

Thank God for the holidays! MSNBC and CNN have so much lame bullshit rerun stuff on that when, occasionally, they replay something you’ve heard before, you catch on to a golden nugget that slipped past you the first time.

That happened today for me when MSNBC replayed Liz Cheney talking in a 1/6 committee hearing, when she said that the committee was seeking banking records to determine if wire fraud was used in raising funds for, or paying people for their part in the Capitol Riot. She wants to follow the money from shady donors to bundlers and handlers, and then on to groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.

Which started me thinking, because I had been idly pondering a similar scenario along the same lines, but on a broader scale. But I wanted to make sure I didn’t have my head up my ass, so I looked up wire fraud. And according to Investopedia;

Wire fraud is a type of fraud that involves the use of some form of telecommunications or the internet. These can include a phone call, a fax, an email, a text, or social media messaging, among many other forms. Wire fraud is punishable by prison and/or fines.

So, at one of its simplest forms, it includes using electronic means to use fraud or deception to solicit donations or investments. Now that may well be one way in which the Capitol riot was funded, but it fits like a glove in a much larger, much more systemic wire fraud operation.

Look, forget for a moment what Trump knew or didn’t know, what he believed or didn’t believe. Trump is a delusional moron who can’t even compose an e-mail. Before the votes were even counted, Trump started screaming that if he lost, it was due to massive vote fraud, and the whole GOP along with the RNC jumped on the bandwagon of the Big Lie. And started fundraising off of it.

After the votes were counted, each state went through its own internal audit, and in contested states, entire recounts were held. And by mid December it was clear, there had been no massive voter fraud. Biden had won the election fair and square. And yet they kept on fundraising off of an easily provable lie. Electronic solicitation of donations based on false premises is wire fraud.

And you know who else is guilty of wire fraud? Paul Gosar. Matt Gaetz. Ron Johnson. Kevin McCarthy. Louie Gohmert. And a whole bunch of other ass gaskets in the GOP, including the RNC. Because they have all fund raised under the Stop the Steal! banner, and almost all, if not all of them have been caught admitting it’s all bullshit, there was no rampant voter fraud.

I know what you’re going to say, politicians lie to the public all the time, it’s called the First Amendment. But not this time. Because this time, the lie involved allegations of the commission of a federal crime, the stealing of a free and fair election. And they knew it wasn’t true, but they kept saying it anyway in order to stuff their pockets. And in the process, they helped to inspire a mob of half wit Neanderthals to storm the United States Capitol in a failed coup attempt. And that’s no little white lie.
