Serena Williams Rocks A Tutu At The U.S. Open: Beautiful Backhanded FU To “Dress Code”

Serena Williams has won the French Open three times, yet despite that, the French Tennis Federation president, Bernard Giudicelli, said a dress code would be implemented after Serena wore a black catsuit-inspired outfit to the 2018 tournament, stating “I think that sometimes we’ve gone too far.”

Well, Serena has taken it even further.  She went into the first round of the U.S. Open dressed in a leather jacket and single sleeved bodysuit with a tutu.

The catsuit that inspired the proposed dress code was designed to help prevent blood clots after the birth of Williams’ daughter, and she even dedicated the suit to all the mothers who  experienced complications following pregnancy.

But despite the intentions, Giudicelli said: “It will no longer be accepted. One must respect the game and the place.”

Well, Serena’s fans don’t believe she is disrespecting the game or the place.  And they clearly do not agree with the new dress code.  They just see that she’s a winner.
