Legal analysts and observers sneered at Trump administration officials who are now facing renewed contempt proceedings for their attempts to evade court orders banning them from carrying out deportation operations. Federal Judge James Boasberg of Washington, D.C., said during a hearing on Wednesday that he is considering reviving contempt proceedings against the Trump administration over its efforts to deport immigrants to El Salvador’s infamous CECOT prison.
Better lift your toes up out of the water, kiddies, because the killer whale has not forgotten about you. It’s not done yet. We knew the whole mess was in a holding pattern, and to have it come back up now, well then, how about *that* timing? Judge Boasberg is smart. He’s smarter than the rest of these buffoons. And while it may have fallen out of the news, we can be *certain* he hadn’t forgotten.
The initial contempt proceedings were scheduled to begin earlier this year, but an appeals court paused them as it reviewed the case. “Justice requires me to move promptly,” Boasberg said during the hearing. Legal experts chimed in on social media.
Gotta love it. He has been UNafraid since day 1. He’s a judge, for crying out loud! Boasberg has experience, a clear knowledge of law, and morals, which we can’t say for SCOTUS anymore, or any number of biased judges (read: Aileen Loose Cannon). He truly is apolitical. He’s calling bullsh!t, oh yes he is! He knew it was that back when this all started. And how many people are still stuck in that prison, let alone how many are still alive? Well, the payment is coming due, and it’s a big one.

Oh, yes. Judge Boasberg doesn’t need any support because he knows what he’s doing, but it’s there. A large part of the justice world is cackling with glee. You know he will be fair according to the law. But no one likes having a direct order ignored, particularly judges. The opposition wrote a check that their mouths can’t cash. It’s going to bounce back on them. I’ll bring the popcorn.
