You know that the Trump family has given up even the semblance of being interested in Republican politics if Eric is the only spokesperson you hear before the midterms.
Oh yes, we suppose that Junior will be back with another stoned public service announcement, probably later today. Some of those are good for comic relief, the rest are just pathetic and will probably find their way, eventually, into a documentary on drug addiction with the caption, “What a junkie looks like in the last few days before hitting bottom.”
Meanwhile, while his brothers and sisters are silent, the lone Trump voice heard in the GOP wilderness is Eric’s.

Paul Ryan has a different idea, Eric, and he’s been around a day or two longer than you have. He thinks Trumpty Dumpty is dead to the GOP.

Let’s just grant for the sake of argument that Eric is right. If that’s the case, and nobody but nobody even remembers who or what the January 6 Committee is, why is Trump so up in arms? Because he is. These are part of the 31 post meltdown that Trump put on Truth Social the day of the last Committee hearing, which was Thursday.
Why didn’t the Unselect Committee ask me to testify months ago? Why did they wait until the very end, the final moments of their last meeting? Because the Committee is a total “BUST” that has only served to further divide our Country which, by the way, is doing very badly – A laughing stock all over the World?
The Unselect Committee knowingly failed to examine the massive voter fraud which took place during the 2020 Presidential Election – The reason for what took place on January 6th.
Why didn’t Crazy Nancy Pelosi call out the “troops” before January 6th, which I strongly recommended that she do. It was her responsibility, but she “didn’t like the look.” Crazy Nancy failed the American People!
Oh, yeah, “Crazy Nancy” failed the “American People” but Trump, on the other hand, came through with flying colors. Righto.
Trump doesn’t want to testify. Trump is terrified to testify. And you may be sure that in the weeks and months ahead, Trump will do everything in his power not to testify.
And what finally may happen, and wouldn’t this be something? Trump may do a Michael Flynn/Roger Stone, the same thing he himself did in New York State, with respect to the attorney general’s investigation of the Trump Organization, i.e., plead the Fifth.
Wouldn’t that be historical? A former president, pleading the Fifth, when under oath and testifying about his part in inciting a riot in the nation’s Capitol? Bookmark this so you can come back to it. We may very well live to see this take place. He had no problem doing it in New York, he’ll have no problem doing it in Washington.
I’m so damn sick of these F’ing Trumps, every single one of them belong in Prison. When will we be rid of these PSYCHOS???

“Last” – it much really suck being the literal “Last.” No one wants to be last. No team, or organization want to be last. Imagine the actual entity “Last” and one kind of has to feel sorry for it. Poor “Last” deserves a break now and then.
Fortunately Eric Trump decides to put his mediocrity on display and give “Last” a break, because for a little while everyone will thank their lucky starts not that they aren’t “Last”, but that they aren’t Eric Trump!
Maybe the committee should have said that “he should think of it as ‘saving the best for last’ “. That would have appealed to his ego—-how could he resist not testifying?

The committee would have anticipated his only-if-it’s-live response to their subpoena. So my hope is that they plan to offer him a date sooner rather than later, so as to pull his pin on prime time right before the election.
