Political ads are an artform. Of this there is no question. The best ones not only highlight the issue or candidate that is the subject of the ad, they stand as mini movies, perfectly valid on their own.
One such clip is this one by Tim Ryan. J.D. Vance is another carpetbagger, Republican candidate, cut from the same mould as Mehmet Oz. Neither one of them live in the state that they are running to represent in the United States Senate. Both candidates are bought and paid for by wealthy interests and they’re looking to further their own interests, and their masters, not those of their constituents.
I can’t wait to see if, and with what, Vance responds to this with.
Hey JD, I know you’ve been avoiding Ohio and spending a lot of time in DC with Mitch McConnell. Can you thank him for lending me his campaign footage? pic.twitter.com/RVY74nGzyc

Isn’t that delightful? But this next one is the killer. This is the best campaign ad of all time. This is from a few years back when a Democrat named Dean Phillips opposed a Republican named Erick Paulsen.
I love it. I absolutely love it.
Here’s another one. This is famous, from the 1964 election.
Ads can be annoying, stupid, or illuminating. I like these three a lot.
Newsweek is reporting that Tim Ryan Leads J.D. Vance 43 to 34 percent. The article also points out that the group conducting the poll is “anti-Vance.”

Good dogs. Sad they had to sully themselves with vance’s scent. Couldn’t have been fun. lol
