This former lawyer warned the President that voters will take revenge at the ballot box for his “war on the poor”. They are looking at cutting Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. tRump swore up and down that these would not be touched. But it looks like they are getting closer and closer to breaking that promise. This should not surprise us, right?
Muskrat hates those programs. He calls them grift. He doesn’t understand how important they are. Of course, when you’re a gazillionaire, you don’t have to worry about groceries, or medicine, or gas to get to your next interview. You don’t know about scraping by, living check to check, and somehow manage to pay your bills but still be able to eat. Or when it’s a choice between eating and meds, the meds usually win. You CAN’T understand it.
Agent Orange rode to victory on the backs of the lower and middle classes because they believed him when he said his number one priority was the economy. I haven’t seen a damn thing about it except in passing.
Mr. Cohen says that Muskrat and the Mango Mandarin won’t be riding high forever. tRump will learn that his support isn’t endless. “They might be rabid, but when grandma’s Social Security disappears, when Medicaid is yanked away, when the reality of Muskrat’s economic war on the poor sets in, who are they going to blame?”
Mr. Cohen went on to say that, while “Trump can try to shift responsibility” and scream “fake news,” “the math doesn’t lie.” No, it doesn’t. And I’ll bet the Orangutan hasn’t followed through on his thinking that far. He figures they’ll be around forever. Well, when it happens, tRump will have one helluva wake-up call and he is NOT going to like it.
In closing, Mr. Cohen said “You screw over 72.5 million people, and you pay the price,” he then added. “Unfortunately, [Americans] will suffer. But, there is a light at the end of the tunnel…Musk’s economic jihad against working Americans will be the thing that sinks Trump’s presidency and the Republican party. And for once, the chaos will actually work in the favor of the American people.”
I really hope it does. We are already in a world of hurt from Elon’s shenanigans. And it looks like it’s only going to get worse. Let us hope that it takes down tRump and Elon and the Republican party sooner than later.

Yeah, I’m not sure that even the MAGAt die-hard faithful are going to continue falling for Drumpf’s continued whines of “fake news” when their own pocketbooks and wallets are coming up a little bit slight because their own Social Security checks and use of Medicare and Medicaid get affected–or just stop showing up.

If not for Trump, Musk wouldn’t be there. Then again, if not for Musk, Trump wouldn’t be there. It’s a neverending logic puzzle, but people know who’s responsible. I don’t think there’s any confusion about that.
