The E-yawn Musk saga just gets worse and worse. He’s only looking at numbers before he shuts something down. He doesn’t think about what it does. He doesn’t think about the people that depend on such things. He just hacks the life out of it and shuts it down.
His fresh-faced boy coders are getting access to places they ought not be. They don’t belong in Treasury. Yes, we are told it’s read-only. These boys are coders. How long will it take them to hack through that and *really* get access? Millions of people’s sensitive information that should remain where it’s put. And there are flash drives and external servers being brought in that are not protected. How much information is being put on those?!?!
How about killing USAID? They just shut it down, *boom* That f*cks up a lot of things and endangers our ranking in the world. That organization did SO many good things and now they can’t. People are out in other countries with no way to get home, no matter what has been promised, really. Bringing food and medications in. Support for HIV people. Support for women under authoritarian rule. And it’s just gone. Food will rot in its holding place. Medications will expire. The waste is in the millions of dollars. And we look like idiots.
I am tired of E-yawn and his boy toys running rampant though our government. They are dancing all over people’s rights and going into places they ought not be. But Muskrat is running with no guardrails. tRump says he’ll say no to things he doesn’t want him to touch. Yea, like *that* is going to happen. The Mango Mandarin is happy because it’s another promise he gets to keep – take the bloatware and excesses out of our government.
One of the next ones will be the Pentagon. That’s somewhere that *really* needs the money they get. This is our military command center. Is he going to fire everyone and shut it down? Is he going to look at the numbers and *what they do* before deciding what he’s going to do? I’ll bet not. Our military is going to be hamstrung and not be able to support what they need to support. Sure, there’s always places that could be *trimmed*, but please don’t cut all of it. The Pentagon needs to stay what it is and that’s not a pitiful shadow of itself. We need our military. We need to be prepared for anything and everything. That means don’t take away the money. Please don’t take away the money.
I’m sure the list of what is to be looked at goes on and on. He’s done so much damage. I don’t know if we’ll ever recover. We may never get our reputation back. The world continues to laugh at us.
