Y’all, I hope I’m allowed to be PISSED OFF about this. A judge. A judge was ARRESTED and is now indicted by a grand jury. INDICTED. D*mn if this isn’t some bullsh**. She was indicted on a charge of helping an undocumented immigrant evade ICE agents. She directed him and his lawyer out a side door instead of the usual main door, where ICE agents were waiting to arrest him. And they caught him anyhow, shortly after he went out the door. So her “evasion” was all for nothing.

They *arrested* her. A *judge*. And then a grand jury arraigned her? WTF is this kind of nonsense about? Let me just say that if I were anywhere in her state, I would have driven in to support her. The “official” charges were concealing a person from arrest and obstruction of proceedings. Because she sent him out a side door. And they got him anyhow. Of course, it wouldn’t have been a good idea for me to go because I would have been arrested for screaming at the grand jury. By the way, apparently the 2 charges are felonies. See my eyes roll back in my head and come up lemons.

The indictment was announced during a short hearing on Tuesday evening at the federal courthouse in downtown Milwaukee. After 20 members of a grand jury entered a wood-paneled courtroom and took their seats, a judge examined paperwork and indicated that Judge Dugan, along with other defendants in unrelated cases, had been indicted.

How in the h*ll could a federal judge do this? Was his job put at risk by the damn Justice Department? Did he not have any options? Indicting another judge? Really? My best guess is that he was also intimidated into doing this, and he had no choice. Good lawd, Pam Bondi is a b*tch.

“Despite having been advised of the administrative warrant for the arrest of Flores-Ruiz, Judge Dugan then escorted Flores-Ruiz and his counsel out of the courtroom through the ‘jury door,’ which leads to a nonpublic area of the courthouse,” according to the complaint, which was written by an F.B.I. agent.

Judge Dugan was arrested and charged with obstructing a proceeding of a federal agency and concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest.

The arrest of the judge marked an escalation of the Trump administration’s warnings that local officials must not impede federal efforts to deport millions of undocumented immigrants. Attorney General Pam Bondi and other administration officials have defended the case against Judge Dugan.

“It doesn’t matter what line of work you are in, if you break the law, we will follow the facts and we will prosecute you,” Ms. Bondi said in a video.

Elected Democrats in Wisconsin and beyond have criticized the case against the judge and accused prosecutors of politicizing the situation. And earlier this month, more than 150 former state and federal judges signed a letter to Ms. Bondi calling the arrest of Judge Dugan an attempt to intimidate the judiciary.

“This cynical effort undermines the rule of law,” that letter said, “and destroys the trust the American people have in the nation’s judges to administer justice in the courtrooms and in the halls of justice across the land.”

That’s putting it mildly. I’m losing my faith in the justice system because of this. What a trumped up ridiculous thing to have done. By the way Pammy, this makes you look like crap. And all, don’t forget about the Venezuelans who were flown to El Salvador in the middle of the night and put into CECOT. Don’t forget about all the people sent there with no chance to address the charges and to defend themselves. Don’t forget about the people sent there by mistake (to which the DoJ just said “oops”) and haven’t been brought back home here. The problem has fallen out of the news, but it most certainly is still there.

I’m really unhappy with our excuse for a Justice Department. They are just one huge bully, sitting in their offices all self-satisfied with “we are always right” and ignoring actual *justice*. Remember that 5th Amendment that they are ignoring. And don’t forget our excuse for a leader of the FBI, named Kash Patel. No wonder our country is going to hell. I’ll bet people don’t want to come here anymore after seeing the way we treat our citizens, let alone our non-citizens. This is disgusting. Thank you SO MUCH for listening, and *Thanks* for sticking with me!

Zoomers, we are always in need of donations. It’s been an especially rough month, and my own health has not been great these past few weeks, which just adds to the frustration. Anything you can spare will be immensely appreciated. And thank you to all who have donated generously already. Ursula

  1. OTOH, this might be a very GOOD thing. It will show even the goobers how the justice system works, and then, ONCE THE EVIDENCE is in from BOTH SIDES, a trial jury can make a determination.

From my keyboard, it seems to be a flimsy case against Judge Dugan. I HAVE read the agent’s accusation/report. It is full of fluff and BS, example: “It looks like she was hurrying because she was moving quickly.” WTF?!? That’s not evidence, it is supposition.

I believe that she was not “concealing” the person who was arrested. After all, he ended up in the same bloody hallway eventually, like two minutes later, didn’t he? The agents who arrested him on the street simply were too slow to run down that hallway before the elevator doors closed!

So when the facts come out at trial, it’ll be a joke for and on Bondi. Facts WILL matter. The goons may be happy now ‘cuz they arrested a judge, but they sure won’t be happy with the verdict and the facts.

    • You think so? I hope it works. I’m ridiculously upset by this. From what you said, I hope this will come out on our side, and not the stupid people’s side. Also, as usual, you have brought out things I didn’t know/consider. I guess it’s time to make myself nauseous .-) and add FUX News to my websites for columns!

I haven’t really gotten too deep into what’s been happening, as I’m not sure I could do justice to it. I can try if you think it’s worth it, but Denis would do it much better than I.

Concealing him would have been hiding him behind the judge’s podium, not letting him go from a different door. The charges are, as you said, fluff and BS. I need to go read the documentation again. And that supposition, gahhhhh!!!!

As always, thank you for the fun and informative comment!

      • So surprised you are that a judge, a judge for Christ sake, was arrested and indicted for breaking the law!!! But I’m sure you showed no such outrage at biden’s weaponized doj when they arrested a president, a President i say!!
Remember zoomies, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW
        Gimme a break
        Another garbage piece

  2. So, Ms. Bondi said “it doesn’t matter what line of work you are in, if you break the law, we will follow the facts and we will prosecute you.” OK. Throw that line back at her, with a list of all the occasions where $Trump has been seen to violate “the law” or “the Constitution” and tell her to get to work.
