Now the question after Thursday’s bombshell about incendiary texts between Ginni Thomas and Mark Meadows gets pointed: Is the January 6 Committee going to subpoena her?
It would certainly seem justified. But it is a case of first impression. On what other occasion have you seen the wife of an important government official, not just somebody elected but appointed for life to the highest court in the land, subpoenaed by Congress to discuss a coup d’etat by the then-sitting president who just got voted out of office?
As always since the advent of Trump, we are on terra incognita. Here’s the best speculation of the moment.
It’s intriguing that Bob Woodward mentions that the salient lesson of Watergate has not been learned, namely that politicians should not mess with elections. That is indeed Election 101 and somehow it can’t be learned.
It’s comical to the point of being pathetic that Mrs. Thomas saw Sidney Powell as the face of the revolution. My God, what kind of a bubble do you have to live in to even entertain such a fantasy, let alone articulate it, let alone to the White House Chief of Staff?

Logically the J6 Committee should subpoena her. Logically. Unfortunately they are dealing with another kooky pants like MTG/Bobo the Clown. Those types are going to make their heads do 360 spins on their necks rather than provide answers to any question the committee might have. It would be as big a waste of time.
I.just remember Ginni wearing her Statue of Liberty crown at a tea Party event. She is ugly inside and out. He needs to go.
Thing is that Martha Mitchell was right, and she knew a lot of truth rather than conspiracy bullshit.
