It’s been a source of angst that some people have hailed Mike Pence as a hero for doing the minimum that the constitution wrote in his job description, rather than burning democracy to the ground, then and there on January 6.
Mike Pence is no hero. Mike Pence is the same lily livered, sanctimonious, vanilla Spock, second banana that he has always been.

That’s the answer. Mike Pence’s memory has been erased and all he knows are the events of the past 18 months. The events of the four or five years previous to that are all erased. He joins Lindsey Graham, the other submissive to Trump’s dominant, in the GOP alien mind conversion tank, evidently.
Here’s a news flash for you, Mikey. Nobody is going to vote for you. We mean No.Body. The Republicans hate you. The MAGAs really hate you, and the Democrats have always hated you. The only people who are going to vote for you are Mother and your kids. Maybe your brother the congressman, but I wouldn’t count on it.
