Paranoia is one of the side effects of meth, so it stands to reason that Mike Lindell is “thinking” this way. As you listen to this clip, you’ll realize how fragmented and fried Lindell’s mind is. He’s got the facts bass ackwards. He’s confusing the first impeachment trial dates with the second impeachment trial, plus he thinks the DOJ has the power to order executions. That’s new information.

“This is probably the only time where I had a little fear and I had to pray, get on my knees and pray to God. This was 10 days before the impeachment trial. And let me tell you I’m 10 days before, and remember at the time that that was like the towards the end of January, you know the impeachment trials were Tuesday following like the February 8, okay?”

Pay close attention to the facts here or you’ll get as lost as Lindell.  The house voted 232-197 to impeach Trump on January 13. The trial was held February 9-13.

“And this was about maybe January 25 or so. I’m sitting there I go, ‘Wow, They’re gonna impeach him,’ and I had word that they were gonna impeach him.”

Well, they HAD impeached him but probably Lindell means they were going to convict and remove Trump.

Then it gets batshit. Lindell seems to believe that he should have been able to show evidence of voter fraud at Trump’s second impeachment trial, but he couldn’t (wonder why?) and so he made his documentary Absolute Proof — which should maybe be retitled Absolu Vodka 180 Proof, because for as cogent as it is, some drunk could have cobbled it together.

“We were not going to be able to show evidence at that trial.”

This is unfair. Pillow salesmen should be able to present evidence at any trial anywhere. Why should they have to be a party to the action or witnesses or part of the prosecution or defense? This comment above all else said here, shows that Lindell simply does not understand how things work. If he really believed that he should have been able to introduce his version of evidence of voter fraud at an impeachment trial, he is truly lost.

Now you notice Lindell is on the same stage with Jim Bakker. Here’s what that’s about. The two of them recently did a three-day telethon wherein they tried desperately to sell pillows to save America. That would be a good slogan, actually. Don’t be surprised if you see it on a billboard soon. This is interesting because you may recall last month Bakker was selling magic blankets that would make your bills disappear? That was mid-August. He must not have sold enough because it’s mid-September and he needs to do a telethon with Mike Lindell.

Poor Jim Bakker. Someone called “the enemy” has seized his bank accounts.  Which enemy, the IRS? You know, Jim, there’s a really easy way to keep from making enemies with the IRS, you just pay your damn taxes. Works every time.

In any event, because of either Satan, whom the Christian wingnuts call “the enemy” or the IRS, whom the Christian wingnuts also call “the enemy” as they hang on tight to their 501(c)(3) exemptions, Bakker needed the public to buy pillows “just to stay alive.” (Cue the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack and imagine Jim Bakker and Mike Lindell up there doing Travolta’s moves.)

Dominion Voting Systems nailed it early on, lies sell pillows. And even Jim Bakker is part of the Big Lie now and that makes complete sense. The only surprise there is that it didn’t happen much sooner. I’ll bet Bakker is kicking himself that he didn’t get in on this grift much earlier.

  1. Lies sell books, trinkets, shares of the ministry & so on. Seems I recall the only instance of Jesus getting violent was driving out the money changers at the temple with a whip. Now, the evangelicals are at it again. Time for the divinely inspired whip.

  2. Please do not refer to the even jellies as ‘christian’ – they’re ‘christists’ (on the same line that the lunatic fringes of the Muslim community are ‘islamists’)

Any connection to either religion by either of those groups is purely coincidental
