This is actually more of an update to a previous article than a new one, but the way I look at it, when it comes to Trump being up-shit-creek, there’s no such thing as too much good news.
The United States Supreme Court announced today that it will not block Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance from obtaining the tax and financial accounting records he had subpoenaed as a part of his grand jury investigation into the Trump organization. This is a severe blow to Trump’s chances of avoiding possible criminal exposure.
This is actually the second time that Trump has had this issue before the Supreme court, a rarity. Vance filed the subpoenas when Trump was still President, so Trump went to court fighting their release under executive privilege and immunity. Trump lost that case all the way up the line. Then, when Trump left office on January 20th, he immediately refiled the suit, claiming personal rights as a private citizen were stronger, and made him exempt. Different fart, same stink.
This is terrible news for Trump, because this is the case that I just wrote about a couple of days ago in another article. DAÂ Vance just went out and hired Mark Pomerantz, one of the foremost experts of the RICO statutes, from both sides, prosecution and defense, in the country, as a special counsel to assist. His experience goes all the way back to defending mob figures from RICO prosecutions in the late 1970’s.
If anybody can find the evidence to support a RICO prosecution, and then look at it from the defense side and make the case bulletproof, it’s Pomerantz. Normally I would say that these things take time, but as clumsily as Trump and his idiot offspring hid the Stormy Daniels payments, it wouldn’t surprise me to see an early indictment on a cupcake charge like that, just to get Trump into the system, only to be followed by superseding indictments as Vance and Pomerantz run up the score.
Pomerantz had to resign from his position as senior partner at one of the top white shoe law firms in the country, where was making a phone number easy every year, in order to take this gig. So you know he’s motivated, much like Mueller in the Russia probe. Trump has run out of stalls. Whatever else you do, don’t touch that dial!

Well-placed sources confirm that one of those giant fans used in aero space wind tunnel testing is being shipped to NYC, and another to Mar A Lago. At the same time engineers and sanitation workers have been brought in from out of town (to maintain secrecy) to prepare outlets from the sewer lines in both locations where the giant, powerful fans will be sited. IOW, some MAJOR fecal matter is going to be interfacing with rotary oscillators on an ongoing basis. (In a related story those sources could be heard joking behind closed doors about the irony of Trump shitting so much his Depends can’t hold it but what does go down his fake gold toilet will wind up sprayed all over him and his “beloved” Mar A Lago. Other sources say New Yorkers, who take pride in being tough and able to handle anything and hate Trump are ok with the shit show about to rain forth on their turf!)

It will happen in time. As I’ve said before, I can’t do all the repairs at once. We don’t have the staff and I don’t have the money to hire additional staff to make this go faster. We have to be patient.
