You know what? Trump’s dementia is completely out of control. If I were a normal man, and I was facing a New York state Attorney General’s investigation looking to bankrupt my company on civil charges, and I was also facing a US House congressional panel looking to hold me personally and criminally responsible for inciting the Capitol riot, and to top it off, I had a Fulton County, Georgia looking to indict me for election fraud and possible RICO charges, I would think that my plate was pretty fucking full!
But not Trumpleforeskin. And you can easily see just how far down the legal food chain he’s reaching when he has to tap a former military school mate, who actually wrote a book covering his experiences of living with Trump in military school, who went on to become a lawyer, to file a civil suit in federal court for him.
And the suit itself was something I can honestly only call a Trashapalooza. As if Trump didn’t have enough current legal problems facing him, he sits down with this third rate ambulance chaser, and dictates a federal lawsuit that covers pretty much every paranoid fantasy he has had since 2015.
In the lawsuit, he names Hillary Clinton, her campaign, former FBI head James Comey, former FBI head Christopher wray, the DNC, British spy Michael Steele, and for all I know, fucking Santa Claus!
The lawsuit reads like a written version of every stump speech that Trump has screamed out since the summer of 2015. Hillary is a criminal. The DNC spied on his campaign, The FBI illegally wiretapped former campaign advisor Carter Page, ignoring the fact that the FBI had multiple FISA court issued writs to do so. Sweet Jesus! He even threw in Jake Sullivan, and I don’t think that Trump even knows who Jake Sullivan is!
Of course Trump had his handpicked stooge file the case in the US Southern District of Florida, hoping for a sympathetic judge. But one only has to take a look at Trump’s 0-62 ruling record in federal court for his election challenge lawsuits, including several rejections issued by judges actually nominated by and confirmed by Trump himself to see where this is likely to go.
Look, Trump is in deep legal kimchi. He has one legal team working on the NY AG’s investigation, he has another one working on the NY Manhattan DA’s investigation, he has one working on the Fulton County, Georgia investigation.
And because he’s already been clearly identified as a deadbeat client, you can bet your ass that he is now on a purely pay-as-you-go basis.
And now he turns around and files another totally frivolous federal lawsuit to soothe his savaged ego. And in doing so, he is going to rack up tens, if not hundreds of thousands of legal fees on a lawsuit that will find its home in the bottom of a wastebasket. With Trump’s flagging support in the GOP, I can’t help but wonder how much longer the RNC is going to keep wanting to pick up the tab for this insane shit. Don’t touch that dial.
I’d love to think that Trump’s latest legal hijinks will cost him a fortune in legal fees, but if his new lawyers were stupid enough to bring this suit, they’re likely stupid enough not to demand payment in advance!
He is just desperate for relevance. The money is not his so he will continue to game the dems
You would think that anyone who went to school with the Trompador would have enough sense to stay well away from him
He’ll just send out a plea to his fan base to give money to help him sue Hilary, Comey, et al. This is just another way to grift and it will probably last just long enough for him to skim a few more millions from his braindead base.

The best that can happen is that the court will toss this suit so hard it’s still bouncing in 2024.
