He did this in an interview. He provided a nonsensical answer to a question that didn’t make any sense. He parroted an RFK Jr conspiracy theory. How much longer do we have to wait for something to happen with him, 25th Amendment or, really, anything else at this point? He is decaying by the day, an obese, unhealthy, dementia brain child who is the face of America, to the world as our ‘president’. This is galling. Respect to Raw Story:
“Diphtheria Don” was what some were saying after Donald Trump responded to a question about vaccines in a sit-down interview.
It starts when the interviewer asks Trump about Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and a proposed vaccine commission.
Trump responds that babies are getting too many shots and then states, “I look at these beautiful little babies and they get a vat, like a big glass, of stuff pumped into their bodies.
I think it’s a very negative thing to do. I would love to see much smaller shots, like four visits to the doctor.
And I think you would have a much better result with the autism.”
Autism again. Pardon me while I bang my head against my desk. It’s nonsense. Vaccines do not cause autism, or we would all be autistic, including his royal orangeness. Pump a large glass into their bodies? DUDE. That’s not the way at all. We don’t remember getting our early vaccines, but they’ve protected us, unless they are anti-vaxxers. Then *all* bets are off. But we’ve heard the stories of the young adults who go and get their vaccines as soon as they don’t need parental permission. So, there is some hope.
The reply prompted ridicule online.
Within moments, CNN’s fact checker Daniel Dale had dismantled the arguments brought forth by Trump.
“Again, so much vaccine misinformation from the president. Kids don’t get anywhere close to ’88’ or ’82’ vaccines. They aren’t given ‘a vat’ or ‘big glass of water’; vaccine doses are a tiny fraction of a teaspoon. And they already do receive their shots over multiple doctor visits, not a single visit as Trump repeatedly said or suggested.”
Bingo. Remember how tiny your flu shots are? It’s not even that much for babies and young children. Trump is following RFK Jr and what he says about vaccines. Remember, he’s an anti-vaxxer, so to have the ‘president’ speak about these types of conspiracy theories is destructive, not helpful. It’s that dementia mind from Trump again. Mercy, could he shut up about the vaccines?
Dale wasn’t the only one.
Author Joyce Carol Oates also weighed in, writing, “‘I look at these beautiful little babies….’ no.”
Dr. Angela Rasmussen, a virologist, wrote, “I’m surprised it took this long for Diphtheria Don to spill his giant glass of childhood vaccines all over Sharyl Attkisson’s anti-vax podcast.”
Podcaster Jim Stewartson further offered, “The sheer level of narcissism and dissociation from reality is dizzying. Everything must revolve around his personal feelings, regardless of whether he has any idea what he’s talking about. His frontal cortex is dust.”
BOOM. His frontal cortex is dust. Might have to steal that, especially because it gets closer to being true every day. There are brain cells breaking down every day. He gets more and more incoherent, both in person and on his manic late-night posts. A conspiracy theory, or rather, two conspiracy theories, are stuck in his head, somehow glued in there in the part of his brain that’s still seemingly functional. A big glass of vaccines. Autism. Spare us.

Maybe an amoeba has taken up residency in dimwit’s bombranium and is feasting off the dying and dead grey and white matter, only to ever increase the size of the space occupying lesion within.
