One thing is for sure, newly Inaugurated President Joseph R Biden is having one helluva first day. One thing that helps is the fact that with a rampaging pandemic, so much of his time is not being spent at balls and concerts. But even more so, there’s just so damn much to be done.
In his first 8 hours in office, Biden signed 15 Executive Orders, keeping his promise to hit the ground running. Almost half of those dealt directly with countering previous Trump orders and administrative orders, such as ending construction on his moronic wall, ending the Muslim ban, restoring the moratorium on drilling in the Alaska wildlife reserve, and shutting down the XL pipeline again. God knows, there will be plenty more of these in the days to come.
The great American Cleansing Operation started today. Donald Trump was nothing more or less than a vandal thug on the American landscape, and now we have to roll up our sleeves, and clean up all of the graffiti. Because Trump was so profligate with his use of executive orders, it will take time to root them all out, and nullify them, but the job will be done.
And that’s when it hit me. For his entire life, Trump has been obsessed with success. Everything involving Trump had to be The Biggest and the Best! And that went for his presidency, and it worked. History will show Donald trump as having been the biggest fraud ever perpetuated on the American people, and the best example in human history of how to not raise your kids.
History normally judges President’s based on their accomplishments in their time in office, with a heavy emphasis on legislation. FDR passed the Social Security Act, which gave old farts like me dignified senior years. LBJ enacted the Civil Rights and Voting Acts, trying to close the equity gap between the races. Ronald Reagan signed the EPA Superfund bill in order to deal with ecological disasters affecting our air, ground, and water. George W Bush passed the Medicare prescription plans, closing the donut hole in Medicare’s drug prescription plan, and making it more affordable for seniors to get their medications. And 12 years after it’s passage, the GOP is still having heart spasms over Barack Obama’s Affordable Care act.
See, here’s the real problem. Donald Trump is a barely functional imbecile. And his idiot party is no better. Even in the first two years of his presidency, when the GOP had unified control of government, they couldn’t actually govern. They gave up the principles of governance 8 years earlier, when they became nothing more than a party of obstruction, in order to keep Obama and the Democrats from getting anything done. And when they had the chance, they couldn’t flip the switch back on again. Trump’s only legislative accomplishment was the multi trillion dollar tax cuts for rich shitpokes, which nobody with 12 functioning brain cells found worth writing home about. And which can still be repealed, even in a 50-50 Senate, as long as the reconciliation process in passing a budgetary bill.
See, that’s the thing about a presidential legacy. All of the above listed accomplishments from past President’s were legislative accomplishments. And as a result, they endure through the years. But Executive Orders are transitory, the next guy who comes in can just wipe them out. And that is what Biden is thankfully going to do to Trump.
But what happens 10-20 years from now, in history, when historians start writing the legacy of Donald John Trump, and all of those transitory executive Orders are long gone and forgotten? What accomplishments can they find? In the case of Trump, what they’re left with is the worst possible legacy of all. The legacy of Donald Trump the man.
- The man who announced his candidacy for the Presidency by calling Mexicans murderers and rapists
- The man who was caught on audio tape bragging about grabbing women by their genitals, and “moving on them like a bitch”
- The implicitly implied racism, rage, and violence of Trump’s rally rhetoric
- The man who called neo Nazi’s and white supremacists very fine people in the aftermath of the Charlottesville violence, violence that left an innocent activist dead
- The man who expressed repeated, and strong support for the preservation of confederate monuments
- The man who violently and forcibly separated innocent children, some toddlers and even infants, from their parents arms at the southern border, and tragically may have orphaned some of them for life
- The man who spent billions of dollars on a southern border wall, one doomed to failure from the start due to logistics and simple geography, just to placate his base
- The man who vetoed a bill to pay US military troops for the next year, just because of his opposition to the military renaming bases originally named after confederate traitors
And that’s that. Due to a total dearth of any positive, and the fact that all of his ill begotten executive orders will have long ago been revoked, the historical Donald Trump will be the Donald Trump that is available on media, and through his own words and actions. The words and actions of one of the most despicable, morally bereft human beings ever to befoul the planet. Enjoy your legacy. You worked hard to earn it.

This is perfect! ?????
Thanks…I just started thinking about it, and realized that Trump has NOTHING positive to show for four years, but enough negatives to last 10 lifetimes…
This is vintage Murfster. And I say that as a Murfster Groupie. WAAAHHHH!! (private joke)
Down YUrsula!!! Here’s a Scoobie snack!!! lol
There are a couple positives: the expanded the Veterans Choice program and the Price Transparency Rule. However, it’s telling that nobody remembers such trivial positives.
I’m SO glad that you enjoyed it!!!
I suspect those diligent historians will also highlight the scumbagger’s amazing number of presidential lies: 30,000 over a mere 4 years, which works out at 20 per day.
A wall that may fall down by itself. Gonna be “funny” haha when they look at plans and folks building.
ETTD or collapses.
Classic Murf. A great line-by-line of fcukface’s “legacy”.
Regarding this: “The man who violently and forcibly separated innocent children, some toddlers and even infants, from their parents arms at the southern border, and tragically may have orphaned some of them for life”, most of those children have been so badly traumatized that they will need lifelong counseling. Many will never recover at all.
Trump will be remembered for two things only: the insurrection attempt and the nearly half a million Americans dead of Covid.
