Ted Cruz has been oleaginously slipping around like the snake that he is for so long, but on this fine day none other than Twitter called him out in a New York minute. And no, I don’t know if that means that Elon Musk hates Cruz like most of the rest of the world. That would be an interesting development, if true. As to Musk, I can tell you first hand as a blogger, nobody reads posts about Musk. I stopped reporting on his doings months ago because it was a waste of time and effort. Point being, any Musk/Cruz affiliation on any level is in the toilet by definition.

Speaking of the elderly rich white people, one or more of them (and yes, we know it’s supposed to be George Soros) was accused by none other than Fox News of paying protesters $500 a day to go out into the streets on Saturday. Sure, Righto. Did you get your Soros-signed check in the mail, because I sure didn’t get mine.
FOX News really thinks that 7 million NO KINGS protesters were paid $500 per day each to protest against Trump:

That’s a lot of zeros. Just mulitply seven million by $500 and that is a major sum of money. You could probably buy the entire solar system for that. Or finance Elon’s Mars mission fantasies at least.

You can smell the fear and desperation like flop sweat. MAGA is freaked. The estimates coming in of crowd sizes are totalling 5.5 million on the low end and 8.7 million on the high end. So even on the low end, this was a big day. And if the figures are closer to the high end, oh mama. Is Trump and the GOP in trouble.
Those figures indicate that the No Kings protest is the biggest protest against a sitting president in US history, and there is no indication that the number of protesters will shrink or diminish as the months go by, according to PoliticusUSA.
“In political terms, the party that is protested against before a midterm or presidential election has, in recent history, gone on to lose, and there seems to be a connection between the size of the protest and the size of the election loss.” This is how things usually go, yes. And also, don’t forget, Trump’s “landslide” and “mandate” was always in his head. The GOP could lose 40 seats next year and if Trump keeps pushing with all this madness, the AI videos, the King memes, all of it, it could be a bad wipeout.
On some level Trump knows that. But I truly believe he’s got no impulse control and we will continue to see the crazy, divisive posts on Truth Social.
$3.5 billion, not including signs, permits etc. i’m pretty sure george can afford it.
I’m even more sure he doesn’t have to.
Why pay people to turn out and protest against Dementia Donny when they’ll happily do it for free?
