Once again, we are smacked with an example of how people in our country are not nearly as mature as we would hope and expect. It’s stunning every time someone is a hyper-prejudiced idiot. With Trump as an example, we probably shouldn’t be surprised anymore. But we are. What rock did this fool crawl out from under? Raw Story:
A Trump supporter in Michigan who went on a racist tirade and threatened to lynch a Black woman in an Aldi parking lot was facing hate crime charges on Monday. Randall Lee Miller, 55, was boasting about white privilege and threatening a woman using racial slurs in Cascade Township on March 10, according to MLive.com. Court records show that Miller, who is white and was questioned by sheriff’s deputies, continued to double down on his comments and told a deputy he would say “something as equally as offensive” to anyone of a different race.
Yep. Let’s find that rock so we can shove him back under there. This is amazing. He screamed racial slurs at her for no more of a reason than the color of her skin. What a bunch of hooey. It seems he was so proud of himself and told someone off. The fact that she’s a woman just adds to his delight. It’s difficult to imagine someone like that. And he would do the same thing to anyone with a different skin color? White male superiority, anyone?
A Kent County sheriff’s deputy described what happened in an affidavit of probable cause after a woman who was driving into an Aldi parking lot when Miller, who was driving a Jeep, cut her off. He reportedly started yelling at her while they were both inside their vehicles, calling her racial slurs, such as “n—– b—-,” according to the affidavit. Authorities said Miller told her, “You’re the reason why we need to bring back hanging n—–s from trees.” Miller talked about white privilege, pointed at his skin and the American flag, according to the affidavit.
Really? *Nothing* gives someone the right to harass other people, no matter their sex or skin color. Yes, we know, First Amendment, but that doesn’t cover something like this. Threatening should not be protected by the amendment. It’s very white male superiority. It’s the belief that white males are always right. Please note that this is a generalization and only applies to this particular guy. In no way is it meant to imply that *all* white males are these prejudiced bastards. We are judging from what we read. But we weren’t *there*. So. We are all prejudiced at some point. Right now, we have a great target in Trump and his ‘cabinet’. We can quite freely be against them because we are not alone in it, and every day shows us more nonsense.
“Both exited their vehicles, and Miller immediately called the woman a racial slur several times, police said. The woman said she initially laughed because she could not believe Miller’s behavior,” MLive.com reported. The affidavit indicated that “Miller aggressively started to smack the side of his vehicle with his hand while speaking out about white privilege and President Donald Trump.” The woman told deputies she felt threatened by him and reported the incident the next day. Miller argued that he thought the woman was going to hit his vehicle. He was arraigned on a hate crime charge on March 31 and released on a $20,000 surety bond. He was scheduled for a probable cause hearing on April 15 at Kent County’s 63rd District Court.
I sincerely hope they throw the book at him for as much as they can. I’m concerned that he’ll go looking for her and find her again. The next time could be worse. This prejudiced behavior needs to be rooted out and stopped. He should join ICE. He’d fit right in. I still think they should send Hegseth and ICE overseas so they can put their money where their mouth is. See how tough bullyboys they are then. In the meantime, let her win the case.

I of course agree with you on this one. This guy is trash and should be charged. Hopefully he is convicted and learns his lesson.
Now if some of you left wingers would condemn the violence that occurs at EVERY SO CALLED PEACEFUL PROTEST then maybe the temperature can be turned down nation wide. The recent footage of journalist Savanah Hernandez being assaulted at an anti law enforcement riot in Minnesota is atrocious. I pray that the four that were arrested are charged, convicted and learn their lesson. But with pos Keith Ellison in charge there, I expect them to go free.
He will not learn his lesson even if he is convicted. With that sort of attitude, it will only get worse the longer he’s behind bars.
Now, for the rest. First, allow me to correct you. It was an anti-ICE protest, not an anti-law enforcement protest. They are two completely different things.
I looked up the information on Savanah Hernandez. There was and is no excuse for what happened to her. She was just *filming*, not, best as I can tell, actually saying anything. There was no reason to go after her. The people who assaulted her definitely should have known better. And yes, they deserve to go to jail, too. I have no liking for Ms. Hernandez but that was uncalled for and unnecessary. She did nothing to “deserve” it. The DoJ and FBI are looking into it. That’s potentially good news for you.
