Just How Drunk Was Trump in Montana on Thursday Night?

Listen, I don’t have a degree in psychology but I do know that when someone goes on an absurd rant about Elton John, organs and the brain, something just ain’t right.  Either that or maybe that someone has had just a leeetle too much to drink.

On Thursday, Donald Trump held a rally in Montana and teetered a fine line between evangelical preacher and batshit crazy.  He rambled on and on for over an hour and included topics from ICE to tax reform to Elton John. Sure, maybe you could understand the Elton John part if maybe he’s a fan of the British musician since, apparently, he did bring an Elton John CD, featuring the song ‘Rocket Man’ with him as a gift for Kim Jong Un.  (Side question – Should I presume the proper etiquette is to bring a gift that is also a backhanded “F-U” when you meet an insane dictator?)

If you have an hour of your life that you never want back, here is the full video.  If you aren’t that reckless with your time and just want to read the part that they should start showing in medical schools to teach future physicians how to figure out if someone is mentally ill or just crazy drunk, it is written out below.

“I have broken more Elton John records, he seems to have a lot of records. And I, by the way, I don’t have a musical instrument. I don’t have a guitar or an organ. No organ. Elton has an organ. And lots of other people helping. No we’ve broken a lot of records. We’ve broken virtually every record. Because you know, look I only need this space. They need much more room. For basketball, for hockey and all of the sports, they need a lot of room. We don’t need it. We have people in that space. So we break all of these records. Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.”

Oh. My. God. Right!!??

  1. My favorite moment in his Montana grandiose stream-of-conscious verbal pukefest also was him bragging in an unabashed smug and self-satisfied way about how he alone could fill a giant stadium all by himself with merely a small lectern to stand behind. I thought he was going to start humping the damn thing which embarrassingly has the Presidential Seal on it. It was so unbelievable that Snopes even had to do a fact check on his comparing his mouth to a musical instrument. He doesn’t need a band to accompany his dulcet tones, all he needs is just his own glorious self. “The brain attached to the mouth.” yet another indication of his malignant narcissism … and I AM a duty to warn mental health professional. (Google me with Trump)
