You would think that the example of Donald Trump taking advice from an inebriated Rudy Giuliani on election night and declaring himself the winner of the 2020 election, only to look foolish a few days later, would have been a lesson for all. Apparently not. John McGuire, who is running a cliffhanger primary against Bob Good in Virginia, is doing a Trump. He got up and declared himself the winner with less than 400 votes ahead (one half of one percentage points) and votes remaining to be counted. This is sheer stupidity.

The Associated Press is reporting that the vote counting stopped at midnight and that Wednesday being Juneteenth, it’s not likely to resume until Thursday.
Rep. Bob Good, who chairs the hard-right House Freedom Caucus, is seeking a third term representing Virginia’s 5th Congressional District, but state Sen. John McGuire has mounted a strong challenge that highlights frictions in the party.
Ballots remained to be counted, and the close margin made the race too early to call. Virginia observes the Juneteenth holiday and isn’t expected to count votes Wednesday as a result. McGuire led Good by 327 votes, or 0.52 percentage points, out of 62,495 ballots counted as of 12 a.m. Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Democrats in northern and central Virginia chose nominees to replace popular incumbents who aren’t seeking reelection. In House District 7, Eugene Vindman won a crowded Democratic primary to try to hold the seat being vacated by U.S. Rep. Abigail Spanberger, who is running for governor in 2025, while Republicans chose Derrick Anderson.
Biden could win 84 million to zero and these nazis will claim Trump won. Folks we are dealing with pure phucking evil. Better realize this is a war and it may very well end in a civil war because they are determined to steal the power of the government for their financial gain. At this point VOTE!!! That being said, democrats better prepare for a war. Let’s not be the same deluded people that thought they could appease Hitler by throwing chunks of Europe his way and allowing him to rebuild the Germany military. It would be wonderful if cogent argument could change these nazis to reasonable people. It won’t. Having been thrown to the wolves in the penitentiary as a political prisoner, it was clear that, if I didn’t meet force with the threat of force, I would have been prey. If you nice reasonable people think facts and truth are going to fix this…I’m afraid you are sadly mistaken. Deadly mistaken.
