The Trumps are notorious for ignoring foreign protocol. Melania has shown up barelegged at the Court of St. James and worn her hat inside the residence at Buckingham Palace. The protocol exists, the Trumps just choose to ignore it. Such was the case today when Ivanka Trump had a more favorable seating arrangement than the Secretary Of State. Ouch.

Ivomit has much more invested in China and the CCP than does Rubio, so the seating arrangement is fitting.
……and unless Ivomit Jr. just plans on showing off for her friends by ordering Chinese food in Chinese, there is certainly a very good reason (see above) she is learning the language. I guess the others are handling the Russian, tutored by top GRU agent Melanoma who provided the kompromat for her Uncle Vlad on Trump while serving at the Epstein estate.
