This is too comical. My only regret is that the clip that you’re about to see is not much longer because it is some high comedy.

Mike Lee — or maybe Fox News did this — refers to Mitt Romney as “Pierre Delecto” which is a Twitter handle that Romney created.

I thought it was weird when I heard it. It reminded me of the Latin phrase, learned in law school, “In pari delicto” which means, in equal fault. It’s an affirmative defense, meaning that if a plaintiff is in equal fault, then that plaintiff is barred from recovery of damages. Maybe Romney just liked the sound, or maybe in equal fault means something to him? Who knows?

A senior senator is begging a junior senator for his endorsement and for money? Whut? Excuse me while I check to see if my head is still attached to my body. This is something you don’t see everyday.

Yep, that’s what the situation is alright. And Mike Lee can’t go asking Orrin Hatch to help him out, because Orrin is no longer on this side of the grass. He departed this vale of tears in April, no help there.

And indeed, why isn’t Mittens endorsing Mike? Maybe it’s because Mike’s an election denying Trump shill? Ya spose? And he’d rather see Evan McMullin in office because he’s banking on McMullin voting Republican but not being a MAGA fascist? We can only speculate in these uncertain and increasingly bizarre times.

29 days before Election Day and Lee is on Fox News doing this. Wow.

Now here’s a tweet that did not age well.

Um….we’re going to have “liberty, peace and prosperity” WITHOUT democracy? And under what system of government is that, pray tell? And if you can find a definition for the term “rank democracy” would you please share it with the rest of the class, here?

Lee is narrowly leading McMullin by four points in a recent poll but that’s statistical tie time. That is nothing to celebrate. McMullin has done quite well for himself to get this far and obviously Lee is scared.

Lee is a Trump shill. Lee is a MAGA fascist. Lee has openly denounced “rank democracy” whatever the hell that is. Lee belongs out of the senate. And it appears that Mitt Romney has come to the same conclusion.

This race could be enlightening. Truly, it could be a real game changer if Mike Lee lost and Evan McMullin picked up that seat. And wouldn’t it be grand if he caucused with the Democrats? But let’s not worry about icing on cake right now, let’s just see if we can knock one senator out of the R column in the senate. That will more than suffice. The rest is gravy.

Roevember is going to be an interesting month.
