There is going to be some holy hell to pay for this in MAGA ville. Mehmet Oz is now learning the lesson that we who follow politics have seen taught over and over and over again. That is, there is a tape and/or a tweet for everything. It’s just a matter of time before your past catches up with you.
Now of course, if you’re a stable, truth telling person, whose values and expressions don’t change over the years, who cares? Bring out all the video you want. But if you’re a con artist, whose stance changes to suit the grift of the moment, these blasts from the past are really inconvenient.
It’s not news that the GOP is planning to go after Dr. Fauci and Hunter Biden if they regain the House in the fall. This tidbit from Oz won’t help.

Remdesivir, you may recall, was picked up by the MAGAverse and turned into an awful concoction that was used by hospitals to kill people for money, when they could have used Ivermectin.
This is the position that Oz has slithered into these days.

I loved watching Fauci take down Rand Paul in the Senate. Fauci v. Oz, doctor v. quack, ought to be quite the show. I can’t wait.
