Goodbye to 2021, one of the strangest years in American history and prelude, I fear, to an even stranger year ahead.
Let me say on a personal note, PolitiZoom has had a very challenging year, but we have overcome. We’ve had technical problems, as you well know, and we have gotten a new hosting provider, hired a competent techie, we’re had a new ad provider since March and the Little Political Blog That Could is set to roar into the New Year.
I want to express my infinite gratitude to Murfster. He and I have been pulling the plow in double harness for years now. Denis is doing a boffo job as our moderator. the spammers have no chance against this Marine. Michelle does wonderful pootie pieces. Came for the politics stayed for the pootie pieces may end up becoming the tag line of this site. Jason is back, at least in spirit.
And thanks most of all to you. Mwaaaa! You truly are the wind beneath our wings. Your generosity and participation on this site has made it possible for us to keep going through the most difficult of times.

We end on a somber note. Life in America has changed this past few years and not in a good way. We never used to harass officials like this. Some good people have been driven out of government. Rep. Anthony Gonzalez of Ohio comes to mind. That paves the way for a MAGA nut to come in.
And that’s the plan. We are either going to get ourselves on a positive track again or we are going to devolve into fascism and then into physical extinction if we don’t get a grip on climate change.
The choice is ours. The battle is uphill but that’s the way it goes sometimes.
The good news is we will have some laughs along the way and we’re in this together.
