The Republican Midterm Convention is underway tonight and tomorrow in Dallas, Texas and miraculously they’re having it indoors instead of in a revival tent. The performances are sheer revival. Leave Tim Scott up there for two more minutes and he’d have been rolling holy right there in the aisles. Hallelujah.

You see what I’m saying. If that’s the tenor of this thing for the next 48 hours I shudder to think what the local ERs are going to be like, people stabbing themselves with Bic pens and the like.
Scott’s all excited about the maJORity and holding onto it. Let’s see if this extravaganza brings out everybody to the polls in November. I’m sure it will bring out boils on Tim Scott.
