This woman is just another one of Trump’s people who makes you wonder what she actually did to be put in her position as an AG. Her court cases keep failing, some quietly, some spectacularly. She keeps trying and trying. The Sandwich Man case was dismissed. She tried twice for a felony charge. The grand juries said, “Oh, HELL no.” Then she went for a misdemeanor, and it was thrown out. Why does she keep on with this foolery? From Raw Story:

A former federal prosecutor was taken aback on Monday by a jury’s “staggering new rebuke” of one of President Donald Trump’s hand-picked prosecutors. Last week, a federal jury acquitted a 33-year-old man named Jacob Winkler after Trump’s Department of Justice charged him with crimes stemming from shining a green laser at the presidential helicopter last year. The case was brought by former Fox News host Jeanine Pirro, who currently serves as the U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C., and the jury deliberated for just 35 minutes, according to reports.

Glenn Kirschner, a former assistant U.S. Attorney in Washington, D.C., described the ruling in a new reaction video for his podcast, “Justice Matters,” as a “staggering new rebuke” of Pirro.

Hmmm, ya think? We don’t know anything about the case, but it apparently was, to use slang, a big nothingburger. Deliberated 35 minutes. That’s *all*. Probably just checking to make sure they had all their ducks in a row before they went back and dropped the hammer *on the side of the accused*. FAIL, JEANINE. This is not making her look good. It seems all of Trump’s AGs are imbeciles. More on that in a different column.

“Every hour spent on this case was an hour not spent addressing real threats to our community,” Kirschner said. “But for 12 jurors sitting in a wooden box as the conscience of the community to conclude like that that the prosecutor just completely failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt,” he added. “It’s pretty unusual because we tend not to bring extraordinarily weak cases.” Kirschner said that Pirro’s case showed the government “failed miserably in its duty, its responsibility, its obligation to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”

BOOM. It was a waste of *everyone’s* time. That’s not just sloppy. It’s pitiful. It shows her lack of legal knowledge and, again, that she, like Petey Boy (hmmm, he’s been quiet lately), is woefully unskilled for the position, but she, like Petey Boy, came from Fox News. That’s not exactly raw talent on that network. But because it’s Trump’s favorite, it must mean they’re qualified, right? Yea no. Not even close.

Friends, I know everyone begs you for money. I promise, among all those asking for spare change, we are the smallest and the hardest working. We’re a group of old, disabled people, except for one writer in his mid-50s. The rest of us are in our sixties and seventies, and this is a labor of love. All we’re asking for is the chance to keep telling the truth about Trump and help ensure democracy survives. If you can help, please do. Thank you. Ursula
