Something major is going on in Michigan right now and nobody knows what. Donald Trump’s campaign announced within the past half hour (it’s 5:45 Pacific Time as I write) that he’s going to be THREE hours late to his 7:30 p.m. rally in Traverse. Some people have been waiting for him all day. They’re leaving. So what in the world would cause a three-hour delay? We don’t do conspiracy theory here, but I would be a liar if I didn’t tell you the truth, that I am wondering if Trump has collapsed or something. Three HOURS? That means he plans to take stage at 10:30 p.m. and talk until 1:00 a.m. or something? The best information I can find is that Trump is still in Austin, Texas. Either this is flagrant campaign mismanagement or there’s something going on that is undisclosed.

This venue that Harris is at holds a little over 20,000 people and it’s packed. I have been in a packed Dodger Stadium and that holds 56,000 people. Over One Million people signed up to get tickets to Harris’s rally tonight. I don’t know why Trump bothered to go to Texas, a state not in danger, today and in so doing blew off his Michigan rally, which is a swing state. But again, either there is gross mismanagement in the Trump campaign or something has happened that we don’t know about.
EPIC: President Trump just wrapped a 3 HOUR episode of the Joe Rogan Podcast!

I’m sure you’re thinking the same thing I am: if it was a podcast, why not call into it, and physically be in Michigan to do the rally there? Maybe Trump is calling all the shots, which is likely, and that would explain completely why his campaign is falling apart.
We’ll see if he lands in Michigan. We’ll see if anybody’s there. If I had to venture a guess, I am guessing that Trump Force One is filled with screaming and recriminations right now. Cheer up Chris and Susie. In less than two weeks you’ll be on vacation and free to find your next gig.

I remember there was talk of a lawsuit against Madonna for being a couple of hours late to a show. From the little I gathered, the show was a weeknight and the disgruntled fans were complaining about how they had to go to work the next day or they needed to get home to relieve the baby sitters, etc, and they expected Madonna to appear *on time* or refund their money because Madonna wouldn’t give them an excuse they felt was reasonable (I can’t recall what her reason was; I think the story I heard mentioned something but it was kind of made in a joking way so I don’t know if it was real or whatever).
Wouldn’t it be some delicious irony if these Trump fans sued him for not showing up on time?
I’m sure you’ve heard the expression, “Punctuality is the courtesy of kings.” Trump is never on time. He makes people wait, crowds wait, he doesn’t care. He was infamously late at a G7 breakfast and the president of France openly mocked him for that.
This was grotesque time mismanagement. This is not how things are done in a professionally run campaign. The Harris/Walz campaign does not operate this way. And you never saw this from Romney, McCain, any of the legitimate GOP candidates. This dysfunctionalism is Trumpian.
Well, this is just one more expression of Trump love for his s’sporters. The people who follow the man really should enroll in mental therapy. Or, register at a local asylum. Their world must be horribly dark and dismal to continue to swill the Trump Kool-Aid.
