We interrupt our broadcast to bring you a news bulletin of the *resident making plans to repel the invasion of our country, now in progress. If you looked at the calendar, yes, it is Halloween, but no, this isn’t a War Of The Worlds spoof. This is nutcase in the Oval Office very somberly intoning that the migrant caravan headed from Honduras is an “invasion” filled with “dangerous” and “rough” people.
Pres. Trump says that the increased military presence on the border is going to help stop the "invasion" that is coming in the migrant caravan.

The Caravans are made up of some very tough fighters and people. Fought back hard and viciously against Mexico at Northern Border before breaking through. Mexican soldiers hurt, were unable, or unwilling to stop Caravan. Should stop them before they reach our Border, but won’t!

So the “Caravans” plural, have broken through Mexican defenses before? Guatemalan defenses? Martian? In any event, Trump plans to deploy an additional 5,000 to 10,000 troops along the Mexican border so he’ll have “a wall of people.” Guess if you can’t build one, pantomime one with people, whatever. But Trump is adamant that the caravan is a real and present danger to the safety of this nation. ABC News:
“You have caravans coming up that look a lot larger than it’s reported actually. I’m pretty good at estimating crowd size. And I’ll tell you they look a lot bigger than people would think,” Trump said.
Trump said that the caravan is made up of “mostly young men” and that the women and children pictured in the crowd are being purposefully posed for the cameras.
“It’s a lot of young people, lot of young men – they are pushing the women right up to the front – not good – and the kids right up to the front,” Trump said.
He does see millions of people where the rest of us see hundreds, that much is true.
A caravan of unarmed, destitute people, many of them women & children, is snaking thru Mexico @ break-neck pace of about 3mph. Still 1,000 mi from US, they travel as a pack for protection against gangs. The few who make it to the border, will likely apply, legally, for asylum.
