Like any good Hitchcock thriller, or John Sandford novel, the twists just keep on coming. And this one just might be the most interesting, and consequential plot twist of the whole Donald Trump saga.
I wrote on Friday that in the middle of dealing with the bustle of the Trump indictments, and the coordination for Trump’s expected surrender and arraignment on Tuesday, Alvin Bragg still had time for a visit with his old Moriarty, convicted Trump former CFO Allan Weisselberg. MSNBC even played a clip of Weisselberg being escorted into the Manhattan DA’s office. Once.
I wrote at the time that when you put everything in a logical order, there could be only one reason for Allan Weisselberg to be in Bragg’s office. Either he had flipped, or he was dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s on flipping. After all, Weisselberg is about to be released from Rikers Island, and Bragg has been threatening to indict him under new, stiffer charges.
That’s fine as far as it goes. But now let’s all pull the stems on our watches, turn them the wrong way, and go back five days. On Monday former National Enquirer CEO David Pecker appeared before the grand jury for the 2nd time. He was thought of as a rebuttal witness to Trump’s shill Robert Costello the previous week. Pecker was the last witness before Bragg released the grand jury for the week. *snort*
But apparently that wasn’t true. An hour or so ago MSNBC reported on a special on Trump’s indictment that like Alvin Bragg, on Monday the grand jury had a mystery guest too. The Reverend Al Sharpton broke it, and it was confirmed by two others at the panel that one last witness was brought in through a restricted basement garage, taken up on a restricted elevator, and directly to the grand jury room through a restricted back hallway. The witness spoke to the grand jury for about 45 minutes, and then was taken back out the same way.
Whoa! Look, we all know that Traitor Tot didn’t show up to testify to the grand jury, he sent his flying monkey up to do that. But if it wasn’t Trump, what other potential witness would qualify for that kind of security and secrecy?
Ummm. Maybe Allan Weisselberg? After all, Pecker was alleged to have been called back in order to shore up Michael Cohen’s testimony after Bobby Costello’s blather. What if they called Weisselberg in to conform that Cohen’s retelling of the mechanics of the Stormy Daniels payoff was accurate?
Look, Weisselberg is winding down his five month sentence on Rikers Island. But he isn’t as free as a bird. A part of his sentence is five years probation, and the other critical term is continued cooperation with the Manhattan DA’s office. And if Bragg catches Weisselberg playing fast and loose with his plea agreement, then he goes right back in the diaper pail, along with all of the other Rakes.
Let me ask you one simple question, why not Weisselberg? After all, what other potential witness could command that level of security and secrecy? Not Stormy Daniels, or Keith Davidson. Hell, even Michael Cohen walked in the front door. And how about this. I spend 10-12 hours a day with MSNBC on the screen. And while Al Sharpton broke the news of the mystery guest, and two other reporters at the table confirmed it, I never saw or heard a word about a mystery guest all week. And when MSNBC broke the news of Friday about Weisselberg going into the Manhattan DA’s office, they only reported that once. I was just lucky enough to catch it. Did they get a call from the Manhattan DA’s office asking them to sit on that, to protect an ongoing investigation? And if so, then what ongoing investigation? Trump is indicted already.
I’ll leave you with this. Let’s just go with the logical hypothesis, shall we? Let’s just say that Weisselberg went into the grand jury and confirmed Cohen’s story of how the payoff went down. If he did, then he didn’t just shore up Cohen, he put Traitor Tot in the crosshairs as the prime mover and shaker of the Stormy Daniels. In criminal law they have a phrase for that. He just rolled over on Trump. I’ll repeat what I said, what I’m watching for in the next 4-6 weeks, as the dust settles, is a quiet announcement that Bragg has empaneled a new grand jury to look into criminal charges against Trump. Any guesses as to who the star witness would be? Don’t touch that dial.
We’ll find out… maybe on Tuesday.
I think you’ve hit the mother lode. Weisselberg’s flipping has opened a huge can of worms for trump, and not just related to Daniels. There were other pay-offs, and if Bragg’s investigators have had the time to follow the money, there may be a whole raft of charges coming under a new grand juries. That’s why I think Weisselberg has gone into the witness protection program and is no longer at Rikers’s. He knew everything that went on in Trump Organization and he can furnish information that could lead to the collapse of trump’s empire. And remember, where there’s financial fraud there’s almost always tax fraud, and that’s what put Capone away.

I think I see lots of trump deranged seething with double standards! face it, most every Democratic politician has done something along these lines and not a single one of them have been brought to trial on it! It is ridiculous what the left has grasped for to try and take this man down… You can bet your bottom dollar he’s smarter than any of you on here and will beat this nonsense and expose it for what it was when he’s back in charge! And putting real criminals in jail like the big guy, Hunter, his niece, his brother, probably his wife too, Hillary, the list goes on of traitors and losers the left has produced for us!

It’s really amazing to me how totally trump has taken over people’s brains. He has a way of persuading people he is worth admiring, and it seems once they have ‘drunk the Koolaid’ they are doomed to be unable to recognize a grifter forever after ! His history in NYC was always out there for anyone who wanted to know who he is. I’m just a little old immigrant who came here in 1979 but I recognized the city-slicker from my childhood in London where there were plenty of them around, you just had to be on the watch for the trickery ! trump is the master at fooling people, and it’s beyond me why they still worship him. He doesn’t care about ANYBODY but himself. once they recognize their mistake they will want to kick themselves ! Here’s hoping the Law is finally putting him where he should be !

The Clintons for one and just so you guys know hush money payments are not illegal. Thousands of them are done every day. There is a reason why DA Bragg is having to concoct a novel legal theory to go after Trump and why none of the other Democrat DAs or the Biden led DOJ would touch these charges. You also have the small fact that the FEC said it wasn’t a campaign finance violation but hey keep watching MSNBC so you can get your hopes up like you did with Mueller.

Some Democratic politicians have done something along those lines, yes. They have been tried and convicted and served time. The number of them who have is miniscule compared to the number of Republican politicians swho have done so. It is my opinion that that is because far fewer Democrats have done things along these lines than Republicans – far fewer. Because Democrats to not approve of or tolerate behavior along these lines, whereas Republicans circle the wagons to protect their perpetrators.
But even if you believe there are just as many Dem perps as GOP, your argument still falls to the ground. Because to fool not only law enforcement, but also the rest of a party intolerant of criminals, you would have to believe they are all smarter than Trump**
What a stupid comment. The only side of the aisle that uses the judiciary to go after their opponents are the Democrats. If more Republicans have been charged like you claim than you are either an idiot or clueless if you don’t know why that is. If what youre saying is true and more Republicans have been charged than Democrats, it has nothing to do with one side being more criminal prone. If you don’t believe me look at all the major cities where high profile cases go. You have D.C. and NY. Both of those cities are about 90% Democrat and there is no way a Republican is going to escape getting indicted, let alone get a fair trial.
If you think we have an equally fair justice system you’re even dumber than I originally thought. The riots of 2020 and how none of the people who firebombed St. John’s Church, Stormed the White House, assaulted Secret Service, Firebombed federal courthouses, injured over 1,300 police or caused over 2 Billion in damages have been held accountable. But if you were some old grandma wandering through the Capitol on Jan 6 you got the book thrown at you. Not exactly even.

Well, We will look at this. Like I said earlier. I got this weird brain that stores odd information. Ok, fact number one. I know from some where that they sat down with Allan W. That happened. No one knows beyond that. But, Allan W. Is set to rack up about 20 years at the big house and reportedly he wants out of Rikers. Rikers is like Disneyland to a real prison meaning Allan W. would die in prison. We know that Trump left Cohen a bar of soap on a rope. Cohen was talking to everyone until he seen that Trump was going to throw him under a bus. He knew before Trump did. All of a sudden Cohen shuts up. Even before he was busted. He knew he was going down for at least a nickel but this would be perfect for writing a memoir. That said, here’s the deal. They got Allan W. And they got Cohen. Did anyone remember that Cohen was Trumps fixer for ten to twelve years and that he kept extensive records, some of which they missed in the raids. If there’s someone out there that knows as much as Allan W. It’s Cohen. Complete with audio and video. Me personally, on a deal like this they would have to tape my mouth shut. And here’s the beauty of this. Remember, this is all state charges. Meidastouch did a piece on this. Gym Jordain and the morons have been pestering them for info and telling them they can’t mess with their pissant. They lawyered it up but the gist you are obstructing justice and if you do it again we will have to consider bringing charges on your moron asses. Sorry, got a little carried away.
