We Are Literally A Nation Under Siege. And The GOP Is A Domestic Terrorist Organization

This has gone too far. That pissant racist Stephen Miller is running around putting out Super PAC ads showing the criminal terrorism of scary black and brown men in attack ads from a group ineptly named Citizens for Sanity. Give Miller a gold star, he has just created the most overtly racist attack of all time, surpassing the GOP’s Willie Horton ads against Dukakis.

Constitutional democracy in the United States is literally under siege. But many fine people, on both sides, following the racist far right riot in Charlottesville, Virginia, that killed an innocent anti racist protester. or by Russia, or China, or north Korea, or Iran. American democracy is under assault by the Republican Party. The only thing we’re waiting on now is an official declaration from the Southern Poverty Law Center that the GOP is now officially a domestic terrorist organization.

• It wasn’t a Democrat that blubbered out that there were Many fine people, on both sides, after a neo-Nazi protest in Charlottesville Virginia that left an innocent anti racist protester dead
• It wasn’t any Democrats that took to rally stages to lead chants of Lock her up! against a political opponent who had never actually been charged with a crime
• It wasn’t a Democrat that directly referred to immigrants from sub-Saharan countries, and middle eastern nations as being people coming from Shithole countries
• It wasn’t a Democrat that proposed banning all Muslims from entering this country because of course they must all be extremist terrorists
• It wasn’t a Democrat that ordered that desperate immigrants coming over the southern border to be separated from their children, not for national security reasons, but as a warning to try to prevent more migrants from coming in
• It wasn’t a Democrat who told a federally identified domestic terrorist organization to Stand back and stand by in a televised presidential debate
• It wasn’t a Democrat that stood behind a podium on the Ellipse in Washington Dc and told an armed mob of far right extremists to go to the Capitol and Fight like hell to save our country
• It wasn’t a democrat who, after 1/6, filmed a campaign video walking around the protective fencing protecting the Capitol, telling Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Tear down this wall! and ending the ad with a gunshot, and the sounds of weapons being cocked

I’ll say it.  The Republican Party is no longer a national political party. Listen to their speeches, read their communiques. They no longer espouse policies and positions, nor a platform or vision for leading the country.  Instead the RNC has sold its soul to Satan, and the current GOP is Traitor Tot’s version of Hitler’s brownshirts in the 1930’s.

The current Republican party is nothing more than a Domestic Terrorist Organization, and the sooner we come to grips with that fact, the better off we’ll be as a nation. We are no longer a two-party democratic system. What we have now is one party that is devoted to the democratic principles of majority rule and self-governance of the people, by the people, and for the people, and another party that is committed to self-governed autocratic rule. That’s all there is.
