This is getting ridiculous. Just when we think we have excised a thought from Trump’s head, someone puts it back in there (looking at you, Petey Boy). So, Trump is at it again. This is ridiculous and frightening at the same time. We’re tired of it. He keeps the threat going, but if he actually follows through……
We might have discussed this recently, yes, but the action is getting closer every time Trump yaps. And he is now demented enough that it could be much closer, and we (I)* really* do not want it to happen. Crying wolf? Maybe. Be my guest. But the more insane Trump gets, the more the odds increase. This shouldn’t even be on the table!!
This mess with Iran seems to be escalating, at least on our side. Hegseth must have come up with a new idea and made it so Trump thinks it was *his idea*. Hegseth is just as dangerous in his own way. Hegseth thinks he runs the military and can have them do anything he wants. That’s not exactly accurate, but he *thinks* it is, and that’s a problem. Put him together with megalomaniac Trump, and we have one ugly combination. But as mentioned earlier today, Petey Boy may be the first midterm casualty.

President Donald Trump’s escalating threats to effectively destroy Iran set off alarm Tuesday, will happen as the result of a nuke/with one foreign-policy analyst warning that the president appeared to be signaling that nuclear weapons were “on the table now.” Trump announced on Truth Social that the United States was striking Iranian targets near the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation for what he called Iran’s failed attempt to add sea mines to the waterway and its launch of eight missiles toward a U.S. military base in Jordan. Trump went even further in a later phone call with Fox News, where he warned that Iran would be hit “much harder” if it retaliated – and even “wiped out as a country” if the conflict continued.
Bloody hell. He has no idea what will happen to the *world* if he uses a nuke. Frankly, nuclear winter and a return to the Dark Ages are not something worth contemplating. Perhaps preppers do have the right idea. He also doesn’t realize that *no one* will want to have anything to do with us if this happens. That will put us in a world of hurt, especially if electronics stop working, or utilities, or almost anything that we are used to using. There’s a whole lot more tech around than at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Doomsayer or not, repetitive or not, enough people are speaking out now that indicates consideration is needed. And hope to get the idea out of Hegseth’s and Trump’s heads. Please let this be worrying and not having to deal with the actuality. It truly is frightening to contemplate.
