I loved this caption on an article from a few days ago and just found it again.
“Diplomatic Clown Car.” Many people are disgusted, or angry, or both, about The Mango Messiah’s diplomatic picks. Numerous people have no experience (Kimberly Guilfoyle) *or* (Herschel Walker and his D.I.D, heh) and could only make a mess of things! WHAT in the HELL does he think he’s doing? Oh wait, he doesn’t think. Okay then, maybe he’s picking names out of some other sort of random name generator. Right?
But seriously, I do not understand this. I guess he’s going to take over the world (Thank you to Pinky and the Brain from a reader’s comment on an earlier column). Then it won’t matter who the diplomats are because he will demand immediate obedience From. The. World. and set himself up as ruler for life (ICK ICK ICK). We all know we’re going to be in hell in the US for 4 years because he’s dragging us down with him. I don’t think we have enough baskets for everyone to go on a handbasket into hell. So we’ll have him as ruler of hell, and President Musk as god, and it will all be under control. I already dread the years coming up and this is making it worse. How much are we going to lose with him at the helm? Canada will NOT accept the nonsense from him, as we’ve already seen, and the Mexican President is NOT going to knuckle under for him, either. So where does that leave us? We’re waiting for the next shoe to drop, or the next diplomatic axe to fall, and we will become less and less important to world affairs. We’re already not a leader anymore thanks to him, and the damn Orangutan hasn’t even taken office yet! It’s only going to get worse from here.
As a side note, because everyone knows I’m random, has anyone noticed how JD Vance seems to have disappeared? That leads to a whole bunch of *cough* interesting *cough* theories. Not sure that he would be a better choice as a President either, since he has a few short years in Congress and Nothing. Else. It was commented to me from a friend in NZ that’s he’s been … couched … oops, no, er, benched.
We know what he did his first term in office … which was nonsense, and removing us from the climate organization (and more), and lies, lies, lies, culminating with J6. And people were blind enough to think to give him a second try? AND, he wants to be “dictator for a day”, but all of us know it actually means just dictator, with no time limit. Of course, this is something we already know, but still! In addition, let me clarify something. I am scared for our country, yes, but I’m also angry – angry that this is happening, angry that there’s nothing we can do because he was the “People’s Choice”, angry enough that we started looking at moving, and decided we would be better here because there are things we can still do during the next 4 years. And his number of sycophants is decreasing, as I stated in a previous column.
So let’s go folks! Let’s not give up our hope, let’s not give up our anger, let’s not give up our determination. We will find ways to survive this, and I think (or should that be hope?) people will be a lot smarter at the end of those 4 years. Pretty sure he won’t be able to change the term limit either, because that requires an act of Congress, and he is NOT going to get a majority in the House and Senate, as we’ve already seen from late this past Friday to early this past Saturday. We can do this!

Consider the words of the departing UK ambassador to the US referring to Trump 2.0 as being “like a 24/7 bar-room brawl”. Remember, ambassadors have to be measured and diplomatic.

As a veteran who took an oath to defend the constitution from enemies foreign and DOMESTIC, I’m wayyy beyond angry. That passed a long time ago. The shallow hypocrisy of patriotism in this country has been EXPOSED! I, for one, would rather Trump, instead of placing his evil hand on the Bible and take an oath as president, after all the unprecedented traitorous things he has done, I’d rather he tell the truth. On that day…instead of appeasing the mindless idiots that believe he’ll do better, go ahead and face the camera and say: this is now MY KINGDOM and I’ll do as I phucking please. Phuck your Bible. Phuck your democracy. Phuck your future. Phuck your children…especially the little brown and black bastards. Phuck your law. This is now MY KINGDOM for life. Then for those, like the French resistance, who plan to shoot these evil bastards…it would finally be clear we’re AT WAR! At least I know weaponry if it comes to that. Im guessing the 99% who’ve never put on the uniform, are hoping SOMEONE ELSE will save their ass. Go visit Arlington National Cemetery if you really want to know the cost of freedom. As Crosby Stills Nash and Young sang in the song Find the Cost of Freedom…it’s buried in the ground. It should be a required field trip for high school classes. One thing I know in my bones, given the numerous dangerous situations I’ve been in…either you deal with reality, or it will deal with you.

Trumpies don’t care about our dealings with other countries. If those countries don’t do what we, we’ll.just bomb them into submission. Especially if they aren’t mostly white. So who cares if he appoints,Ronald McDonald as our ambassador to Scotland? After all, he’s Scottish right?
