All ye windmill cancer survivors, gather round. Donald Trump is going to hold forth on his favorite form of carcinoma and energy production, namely windmills. It’s one topic he just can’t quit.
Windmills don't make countries fail. Bad leadership does pic.twitter.com/2DbIrCHnIw

Speaking of failing countries and windmills, China, the U.S. and Germany lead the nations of the world in wind production and those three countries can scarcely be classified as failing nations — even with Trump in the White House in one of them.
This is one of Trump’s strange obsessions that he can’t let go of, a sort of OCD of topics, and windmills always makes it into the conversation after just a few minutes of Trump rambling.

His derangement over windmills, I’m sure, started when the UK (or maybe just Scotland on its own) installed some offshore windmills that “spoiled” the view from his pwecious widdle golf course.
That’s because, he states “… I have a very good brain and I’ve said a lot of things … [like] … They should be focused on the much bigger things we are doing, including Mars (of which the Moon is a part … [and] You wanna see a bird cemetry …” So, it becomes fairly obvious, when he states he “… never understood wind …” and by extension, as per your words, he is “… going to hold forth on his favorite form of carcinoma and energy production, namely windmills…” Stable genius? No. Snapped in the fossil mould brain, and most likely, it is moldy.
