I’m not really sure how son number 2 came to be the designated figurehead at the Trump Organization unless The Orangeutan and Allen Weisselberg got together over burnt steaks and decided that, so far as son # 1 was concerned, while you can put a coke junkie in a suit and try to pass him off as a businessman he is still only a junkie in a suit.

But yesterday’s yesterday’s testimony in Trump’s New York civil fraud trial by former Trump Org. executive Patrick Birney that Weisselberg told him that “da boss” was insisting that they inflate his net worth to make him look better, leaves little doubt who is really in charge…

“NEW YORK — A Trump Organization employee said in state court Monday that the company’s top financial officer told him between 2017 and 2019 that Donald Trump wanted his net worth increased, testimony that could help bolster the New York attorney general’s $250 million civil fraud case against the former president.

Patrick Birney, a financial operations executive who helped assess the value of Trump properties and other real estate assets, said his boss, Allen Weisselberg, told him at a meeting that Trump wanted his wealth boosted in financial statements. Those statements of financial condition were compiled annually and distributed to lenders and insurance companies for a variety of business purposes.

Eric R. Haren, a lawyer with the attorney general’s office, asked Birney about marching orders that were allegedly conveyed to him during Trump’s presidency, while Trump’s namesake company was being run by his two adult sons and other executives.”

Well, the Post can say it was being run by his sons, but we all know better.

Sill the employees at Trump Org. wanted to pay homage to figurehead Eric, but as Twitter guru Ron Filipowski and his followers think that they went a little overboard with their flowery praise of failson two and who can doubt them?

While I’m sure Eric is all aglow from their endorsement I can’t help but think that the Trump Org. employees would make better use of their time polishing up their resumes and singing their own praises.

  3. Somehow I doubt the tweet/x came from the employees of the company but was, instead, put together by some PR flak on “behalf” of the real employees (who are all probably under some kind of threat to not reveal their true feelings about their “boss” Eric or their REAL boss, TheDonald).

    We all know that NO REGULAR PERSON came up with the idea of “National Boss’s Day”–most of us have no real feelings one way or the other about the boss and, for those who do have feelings about the boss, those feelings are almost unlikely to merit a day of recognition or honor. I’m willing to believe that some “boss” decided to start the “holiday” simply out of frustration with the idea of “National Secretary’s Day” (or “National Professional Assistant’s Day”)–a day recognizing the REAL power in any business organization–or “Labor Day” getting all the press.

    • 22k employees means they are not only including the golf course & housekeeping staff at the properties they do own but ALSO the staff at places they DON’T OWN but that are licensing the Trump name. Just like EVERYTHING else that deranged moron is involved with, it’s over inflated using ANY means necessary. If there were ACTUALLY 22K Employees, Trump Org would have been mired in civil suits (harassment, hostile work environment, OSHA violations) & would have bankrupted well before Tantrum turned it into a money laundry for Putin/Russian oligarchs as he doesn’t have the wherewithal To be the night manager of a vacant lot.

And if they put junior in their they will probably go down for drug trafficking to because I’d say junior is the type to travel with an ounce of super premium so he doesn’t run out. I can just see him doing the Scarface thing I think. Where he’s sitting at his daddy’s desk and buries his face in a mountain of coke and comes up with a Ak47 and says let me introduce you to my little friend. No, you need number two. He’s to stupid to get involved in drugs. Actually he’s to stupid to realize daddy will burn him on the old family business and the others are smart enough to keep quiet so they don’t move up daddy’s list.
