It’s always amusing to watch Donald Trump grasp for facts on a subject where he is utterly clueless, which is most subjects that he’s asked about, period. The topic of today’s inquiry were Iranian sleeper cells, as a precursor to asking about Iranian retaliation for the war by means of terrorism — such as the attack on the synogogue today, although at this point nobody has been able to name the perpetrators. What is amusing about Trump’s stumbling is that he reveals that he has no clue how sleeper cells work at all.

Oh yes, Kash Patel has his goo goo googly eyes on all of the sleeper cells. Trump doesn’t know what a sleeper cell is, clearly. The name “sleeper” arises because this brand of terrorist is totally dormant. They might be living in the U.S. for forty years before they become active. Donald doesn’t understand that, or he wouldn’t have said they all came in under the *open borders* of the last administration.
No, who and what we’re talking about might have come in during the Reagan administration, but they’re just waiting for the right command to go into action. But Trump doesn’t understand that. You saw him stammer and insult his predecessor. That’s all he knows how to do.
And the announcement that we know where “all” of them are and have “eyes” on them is sheer fabrication. The humor there is that even with that kind of knowledge this Keystone Kops version of the FBI under Keystone Kash would manage to screw it up anyway.
I cannot speak knowledgeably as to what information exists in our government about sleeper cells and their whereabouts, but given what we just heard from our *president* neither can he.
We’ll find out when the bombing and terrorism starts. As stated, there’s a synagogue in Michigan currently under attack, which is probably what prompted Trump’s line of questioning to begin with. And of course he’s clueless.
All he knows is whatever Vladimir Putin told him and Putin’s already made $150 million from boats carrying Russian oil to India. Isn’t it an interesting coincidence that Putin benefits from this conflict in Iran?
