Seriously, if annual (or quarterly, in Trump’s case) exams at Walter Reed included some kind of psychiatric consultation, I fail to see how a clinical therapist could not spot the obvious meltdown of Donald Trump’s personality. He’s a raving lunatic at this point. He posted the image you see above, like that’s normal for a president, and he claimed that the Kennedy Center was “rat and bug infested” and would collapse soon, and he claimed that he is a greater entertainment attraction than Elvis Presley in his prime. And then there’s this rambling masterpiece, with commentary from Charlie Sykes.
Calling the posts “unhinged,” would actually be a euphemism. But I’m not sure there is a clinical term for the rabid ferrets in this man’s brain. (Please correct me if I have missed something.) I invite you to read them yourself, Especially this one:

Exit take: None dare call it insanity.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is what’s known as a “brain dump.” These are the contents of Donald Trump’s brain. How even 30% of the country can still support him is incredible to me, but I guess we’re talking about the lowest common denominator in our culture.
The man is deconstructing mentally in public. This — if you or I were to do it — would signal to those around us that an intervention was necessary. Yet, as Charlie Sykes correctly observes, “none dare call it insanity.”
