On the one hand, he seems to accept the fact that the Constitution prohibits more than two terms, but that doesn’t keep him from talking about another term as if it was a real thing. Why does he blow hot and cold like this? Two schools of thought, one is that pimping 2028 gives him a lot of attention and another is that he’s terrified of life beyond the White House.
