Hate to tell you this, Donald, but Lin Wood is the enemy you should have held closer. And maybe you should start thinking that way about Rudy Giuliani as well, and even Jeffrey Clark, because once the flipping starts you’ll think you’re at a short order counter. Your former employees are going to be stacked up against you like pancakes, from the looks of things.
Yes, Virginia, Lin Wood did flip. He’s officially a witness for the prosecution in the Georgia election racketeering case. And Donald is mucho worried. Rolling Stone:
IN THE PAST several months, Donald Trump has had a burning question for some of his confidants and attorneys:
Would the authorities make him wear “one of those jumpsuits” in prison?
As the criminal cases against him have piled up, the former president and 2024 GOP frontrunner has wondered aloud in recent months about what life would be like if he’s convicted, and if appeals fail. While Trump publicly professes confidence, privately, three sources familiar with his comments say, he’s been asking lawyers and other people close to him what a prison sentence would look like for a former American president.
Would he be sent to a “club fed” style prison — a place that’s relatively comfortable, as far these things go — or a “bad” prison? Would he serve out a sentence in a plush home confinement? Would government officials try to strip him of his lifetime Secret Service protections? What would they make him wear, if his enemies actually did ever get him in a cell — an unprecedented set of consequences for a former leader of the free world. […]
Trump’s private concerns mark a significant departure from some of the private confidence he displayed during his first brush with a special counsel investigation. One former White House official who worked on the Mueller investigation said Trump was not remotely worried about consequences from the Russia inquiry. Not only was he convinced he had done nothing wrong; Trump was also aware of the Justice Department policy that a sitting president cannot be indicted while in office.
Even before he faced criminal charges, Trump showed at least a distant concern about looming criminal liability. As Rolling Stone reported in 2022, the former president told associates that he was looking forward to running for president again at least in part because the office would afford him at least temporary immunity from prosecution. He and his legal team have also grasped at exotic legal theories in seemingly desperate attempts to shut down the cases against him in Fulton County and New York City.
So wha hoppon? How did Trump come to be in this place, in this state of mind, where he’s afraid he might have to wear a jumpsuit and live in a place where people could get at him, with no Secret Service protection? Lin Wood became a witness for Fani Willis. That was made official Wednesday.
FORMER MAGA ATTORNEY Lin Wood is a witness for the state in Georgia’s election interference RICO case against the former president and 18 others. Wood, who retired from practicing law earlier this year to avoid disbarment, worked as a member of Trump’s legal team in the aftermath of the 2020 election and heavily promoted claims that the election had been rigged against the former president.
According to a Wednesday filing to the Fulton County Superior Court, which seeks a resolution to potential conflicts of interest between attorneys for Trump and several of his co-defendants, Wood is a witness for the prosecution.
“L. Lin Wood, Coreco Ja’Quan Perason, Vikki Townsend Consiglio, Gloria Kay Godwin, James Kenneth Carroll, and Carolyn Hall Fisher, are witnesses for the State in the present case. Sidney Katherine Powell and Cathleen Alston Latham are Defendants in the present case,” the filing reads.
What’s that you say? It looks like Lin is ratting out Strikeforce Rudy, at least he’s starting with his former bestie, Sidney Powell? It sure looks like that. Wood has been trashing his former colleagues for quite some time. He said on the first anniversary of the Capitol Riot that Michael Flynn “was not a good man” and he opined that Sidney Powell was transgender. That would be a hoot if it was true, it’s not. No, Lin turned coat and turned tail a long time ago. When the dust clears, Wood will rise from the ashes, Strikeforce Rudy will be in ruins.
Sounds like Lin Wood ratted out his old pals Sidney, Jenna and Rudy. Old Lin got out clean as a whistle. Sometimes it helps to be the first one in the DAs office begging for mercy.
People said Lin was crazy. Crazy like a fox. pic.twitter.com/sQLQApIgVs

So you see, Donald Trump has plenty of reasons to worry about whether his newest couture will clash with his makeup and dear lord, who will do his hair? Who will do his hair? Can his hair dresser join the Secret Service, or at least bunk with them?
With pals like Wood, who needs enemies, right Donald?

Yes Donny, you have to wear the uniform. You will however be able to wear your diapers under the uniform.
If he’s even thinking this way, that is a major step. He used to laugh all of this off.
He sure used to, “appear”, less than worried about eventual problems for him, but that was his take on the same kind of BS he is capable of delivering … However, the tides have dredged up some scumbags to try to shed the Albatross named trump around their necks …
Trump’s slide into prison hell, will be a circus for the SS … trying to keep sharp objects away from Trump may prove a major problem … Trump has good reason to worry about attire and his hair, chances are pretty good, if sent to a high-security prison, he will not only loose his cell phone but his hair may be shorn completely off, and he will be given a thorough scrub down with water sprayed from a hose … obviously, the shoes with the built-in heel risers will go into the box he will get back, when and if he ever gets out …
All the entrance procedures are designed to show how constant supervision and control of things rests with the guards and management …
Trump’s fake gold-plated stuff, will only be in his dreams … the clocks, bells and buzzers, that sound different times of the day, will also be passed along as he is accompanied to the Warden’s office, or to a quiet room for visits from lawyers, with limits placed on meeting time … Also, he may be forced to walk in ankle chains and cuffs, as security is pretty tight, standing facing an X on the wall every time there is an adjustment to the cuffs and chains … all that makes the convicts, more responsive to Authority, Trump will be in tears before the first two days are completed … Wait until he hears what time he has to get up to get any breakfast, absolutely no goof off time to play golf every day …
He will have to stand in line with his food tray sliding down the stainless steel rails like everyone else, with workers behind the counters throwing ladles of mashed potatoes, and gravy, eggs are surely scrambled for ease of delivery … YEP Trump, you will HAVE to learn, quickly, you are not much taller than those ants and roaches in your golf club kitchens …
No way are they going to feed him burgers and fries … so sad Trump !!
Your “… once the flipping starts you’ll think you’re at a short order counter …” – true! Once a Willie Wagtail starts wiggling it’s tail it really can’t stop wagging, revealing all and sundry.
Don’t worry, Donald. Your cellmate will let you know what your required prison attire will be.
😁
A pampered privileged punk will not survive a real prison term. A piglet thrown to wolves who dream of piglets being thrown into the cage with them. Screams are ignored in the joint. I doubt he will be serving time in a real jail, but if I’m wrong, then he might not pass the length of time his buddy Jeffrey served before deciding death was a better alternative.
who is Kathleen Alston Latham? I thought Powell was paired with the other “speedy trial” dude.
