Remember I said to look for patterns in what Donald Trump does? We’re seeing a number of patterns just this weekend. You well recall how he told Jill Biden to “get your fat husband off the couch and slap him around,” and he called Kamala Harris a “shit vice president.” Now if she had done the same? If Harris had said, “Melania, get your fat husband off the couch and slap him around, he was a shit president,” the roof would cave in at the New York Times. All of the news networks would explode and lightning would fill the sky. It would be positively biblical. But Trump, being Trump, gets away with non stop insults and vulgarity.
And then there’s the make believe, pretend pattern this weekend. You saw him at McDonald’s, doing a photo op where he played with French fries and shook hands with supporters at the drive-thru. Had those been real people, meaning legitimately there off the street, not vetted for a photo op, I would have enjoyed seeing their real reactions. Some of them may have been MAGAs, but the ones who were not would have given him a piece of their minds. That would have been memorable on video. So there was that performance and then Trump posted the fantasy image that you see above on Instagram. But while he’s fantasizing about being the handsome stud football player, back here in the real world, here’s how real people in real life are reacting to his presence at the game.

He’s marketing himself. That’s what you’re seeing above. He’s not running for office as you and I understand that term. He’s doing a marketing pitch. If he can get you, me, somebody to believe that he actually is one — or all — of these images, he figures he’ll drag in more votes. A vote for MAGA is a vote for delusion, straight up. There is no other way to spin it. And he does this at a time when he’s losing it mentally and that is the message of his speeches these days. Today, in Pennsylvania, he seems to have forgotten his own age. And a lot more.

Trump is 20 months away from being 80 years old, a little over a year and a half. How is that “not that close” to 80? And again, you saw that it was in the context of talking about Joe Biden, oblivious to the fact that Joe has been gone for three months now. Joe is retiring in January. Joe is not your problem anymore, Donald. But somehow that doesn’t sink in — even though this is a man who has “no problem with cognitive.”

Another “sir” story in formation. So you see the marketing strategy. In Trump’s version of reality, he is universally loved. And that makes sense since he lives in a controlled environment of his own making. Two more weeks of this. Pray for a decisive Harris/Walz victory so we don’t have to live through too much of the “stollen election” nonsense.
We’re seeing what Trumpy meant all along when he called it the “failing New York Times.” He meant that it was no longer a valid newspaper, certainly no longer the nation’s ‘paper of record.’ He knew it could be bullied, attacked and belittled, and it would still print fluff pieces about him, trying to make nice. He knew it was a coward, just like the Repugnican party.
Yes, he was booed but he was also cheered. So, which is correct? At least you showed both. The double birds was a nice touch, and I thank that woman for being brave enough to do it. Surprised another video didn’t show magats dragging her out by her hair. That seems to be their mentality.
America…home of deluded citizens, who believe they are ‘patriots’, chanting ‘USA’, to honor a draft dodging traitor, who pisses on the graves of war heroes, and led a violent insurrection while President. Now where did I put that tab of Mr. Natural? Reality itself has become a mass hallucination.
We can only imagine the level of dementia that Trump’s handlers have seen privately for months, if not years. It’s becoming apparent that the goal has been to get him “over the finish line” so that JD Vance can take over and carry out Project 2025’s fascist agenda.
Perhaps trump should have been photo-shopped into a jets uniform what with them losing not only last night but also having a losing record. Just seems like it’d be a bit more accurate. Oh, and don’t forget to leave his buttermilk in a garbage bag gut in the pic.
People who vote for this obviously unfit man need to take MoCA tests. Immediately.
