You saw the display at the United Nations yesterday. It was one for the books. Mad King Donald claimed to have stopped wars between nations that never were at war (two African ones that we know of and who knows what all is in Trump’s *mind?*) It was dementia on steroids. And that was Trump’s contribution to the theatrics. There were technical difficulties to add to the Benny Hill atmosphere of the moment. The escalator stopped at one point (and don’t you love it that Melania turns around and shoots hubby a dirty look?) and then the teleprompter decided that it had done enough work for one day as well. Naturally, no time was lost in promulgating a conspiracy theory.

Instead of former President Biden’s portrait, the White House display on the “Presidential Walk of Fame” now shows a photo of his autopen signature.

Why yes, I do suppose that this is the latest distraction from releasing the Epstein files or from addressing soaring insurance costs, grocery prices, rising inflation, lowering jobs numbers, the impending government shutdown and all the real things that this *man* was elected to deal with and is utterly incapable of doing so.
