Whelp, the bloated one arrived mysteriously at Dulles airport in D.C. this PM (try as I might I couldn’t find the exact time) in what appears to be the same Cessna he used to smuggle transport document boxes from Mar-A-Lardo to Bedminster last year, and nobody I’ve read seems to have any idea why.
He deplaned wearing what appeared to be white golf shoes, though I can’t imagine why he’d fly to D.C. to shoot a round, more likely he left the course in Bedminster and didn’t have time to change.

Here’s another possibility. Maybe he tried to sneak into town, and then sneak over to the WH to BEG (pretty pretty please!) President Biden to let him hitch a ride on Air Force One over to London. Which would be really funny. The thing is, the official invitation from the Palace is for the President and First Lady only. No delegation. I’d imagine given the number of world leaders who will be showing up the list of invitees from foreign countries would wind up being this way despite the size of the cathedral. The LAST thing they want to do is shut out UK folks and people reprsenting all the Commonwealths that have remained within the Crown’s umbrella.
In a way I’m sure it came as a relief to the administration. It allows them to easily and credibly excuse Trump (no whining about favoritism for Obama, Bush 43 and Clinton getting to go) not letting Trump horn in on things. And let’s be honest here – it’s not like the new King or damned near anyone in the UK (including probably the now EX Prime Minister Bojo the Clown!) wanted Trump anywhere but on THIS side of the Atlantic!
It might raise a few eyebrows both in the UK and around the world that the Palace is being so exclusive with invitations to foreign Heads of State but keep in mind not only is this the first funeral for the British Monarchy in modern times, but the first one in SEVENTY YEARS. I’m sure plenty of thought went into this aspect of the “London Bridge is down” protocol long ago. I doubt in recent times she’s even thought about Trump, but if she was for some reason checking out social media and knowing her days were soon coming to a close it’s easy enough for me to imagine her feeling a sense of horror at the prospect of him stomping around, saying in front of every camera he could elbow his way in front of how he was her favorite – and that she wished there was some way HE could succeed her! Fortunately she seems to have possessed all her faculties till the end and was comforted by the protocols that had been approved – which would leave no way for Trump to try and bluster & bully his way into a U.S. Delegation!
He looks tired and unhappy. May he (along with all Republicans) burn in hell for eternity.
I can’t see why he’d go to Walter Reed. Granted, the facility is open to the public at large and is the first choice for White House officials and members of Congress when they’re in town, but Trump wouldn’t have any REAL reason to go there for medical purposes since he still has to pay for the service under the Former Presidents Act:
“Former presidents are entitled to medical treatment in military hospitals; they pay for this at rates set by the Office of Management and Budget. Two-term presidents may buy health insurance under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Former_Presidents_Act ) Obviously, Trump doesn’t qualify for the latter part as a one-termer but this isn’t exactly something Trump can just get out of paying (I’m sure any non-payment or “skipping out on the bill” on Trump’s part would simply be recovered through his tax return or a nice little lien against Mar-a-Lago).
