Donald Trump is holding a rally in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin today. That’s Dog Meadow in French, if anybody cares. The MAGAs have come out to hear him repeat the same material over and over. And yes, he talks about Kamala Harris never working at McDonalds. That’s part of his Catskill’s comic schtick and we’ll never hear the end of it, at least not until after the election. Maybe even not then. But Trump did interject a few more new cracks. Kamala was “born mentally disabled” we are told. Interesting that Trump chooses to attack Kamala’s intelligence. With Hillary it was her character, “Crooked Hillary” but with Harris it’s that she’s stupid. I can’t follow this at all. Kamala is clearly bright and charismatic and Trump claiming she’s stupid won’t make it so.

The anchors are stupid, too, according to Trump. At least the female ones. Trump called Stephanie Ruhle a “bimbo” the other night, which is in keeping with MAGA tradition. When Lauren Boebert was on Ruhle’s show she snapped at Ruhle, with a grin on her vapid, ignorant face, “Oh, you’re such a loser.” That was Boebert’s final nail in the coffin for me, personally. Nothing she could do would redeem herself from that point on, after being ugly to Ruhle when Ruhle was being totally respectful and collegial. And then Boebert got into the Beetlejuice scandal and you know the rest. There are two people I want to see go down in flames in November, Trump, obviously, and Lauren Boebert. And of course if Ted Cruz lost that would be a gift from heaven.

Trump loves telling lies about Kamala. He posted this on Truth Social.

Kamala doesn’t control the Secret Service anymore than Nancy Pelosi controlled the military on January 6. But you see the pattern. He’s terrified of strong, intelligent women and so he lies about them doing things that they not only didn’t do but could not have done if they wanted to.

This idea of Kamala as an inferior being, one impaired from birth, is not a good idea. Trump would have fared better with an aging Joe Biden. And of course he knows that. And you see the similarity in the attacks. Biden has no control over his age, none of us do. And Biden has taken good care of himself for a man his age but he is showing his age nonetheless.

Trump, on the other hand, is a wreck physically and mentally. He has not taken care of himself. And now he’s attacking a vibrant, with it woman, many years his junior and making her out to be an imbecile since birth. This is going to flop, bigly. I don’t know if Chris and Susie can talk him out of this, probably not, but they should try. Now this next one is primo. Trump’s asking if people remember an event that happened in 1927.

My parents were children when Lindbergh landed in New York and they’re long gone.  Why Trump threw that cultural reference out is utterly beyond me.

Sounds idyllic. Just what we need. The average life expectancy in the 1890’s was 46 years, by the way. If you lived to be as old as Mark Twain, who died in 1910 when he was 74, that was quite an achievement. But this is Making America Great Again, folks. Now get ready for another loo loo.

You see the misogyny? The paternalism? “We men will solve this issue. I’ll speak to your father.” OMFG

No comment. I’ve seen that body in a polo shirt and pants, I don’t even want to think about anything else. And what’s he going to do, slather makeup on his entire body? Now here’s a good one. He says America is going to the flies. I guess he can’t say it’s going to the dogs, because the denizens of Dog Meadow may not appreciate that reference.

Harris leading by two points in Wisconsin, as of today. But the poll cited has a variance of four points of accuracy, so who knows?

You knew it wasn’t going to be long before we got to the apocalypse, right. We are there.

Who was that, now, who was mentally disabled? Oh right, Kamala. It all comes back to me.

RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! There goes the racist air raid siren, “You’re going to lose your culture.” No, Donald, but you might lose the defamation case filed against you by the Haitians. The most recent defamation case, I might add. This next one is choice, since phone apps have been around 15-18 years, something like that.

There we go with the racist air raid siren again. That’s the white supremacist’s nightmare, right there. The culture will be taken over by POCs who can’t speak English and then the POCs will do horrible things to the whites. That’s the MAGA manifesto, right here in Prairie du Chien, Wisconson.

He’s up there achieving absolutely nothing except to give the political ad people lots of fodder. Other than that, Trump should have stayed home. This is a wash.

America’s choice is: Do you want an accomplished and sane woman of color to lead or do you want this POS, because he’s promising to save white culture?

    Well, that’s it……Geriatric Jeezuz has now insulted parents of special needs children and children with other learning disabilities…..he has now insulted everyone I the United States story of white, Protestant men. Congratulations, dumbass.

    Oh, and Lindbergh landed in Paris, not New York….the whole solo across the Atlantic thing.

    • Just did some investigating and Lindbergh DID actually “land in New York.” It was after he came back from his trans-Atlantic flight (for the record, after Paris, he also ventured to Belgium and London). He came back to the States via ship and went to DC where he received honors from Pres Coolidge before *flying back* to New York where he was honored at several events and received a ticker-tape parade.

      I do doubt that Trump knew that aspect of Lindbergh’s exploits and probably did “confuse” the landing site in his speech so, um, half-credit?

  3. McKinley was assassinated! Lindbergh returned to NYC by boat! Hundreds of miles of invisible wall is pretty impressive!
