The 2024 election cycle wasn’t enough of a freak show with one reality TV star in it, now we have two. For now. Who knows how drop dead nuts things will get.
Do you recall Joe Exotic, the Tiger King? He’s currently in prison serving a 21-year sentence for animal abuse and conspiring to have animal rights rival Carole Baskin murdered.
Exotic says he knows how the system works, since he’s been incarcerated. Evidently Exotic thinks that being in prison doesn’t hinder him from governing and hey, we’ve heard a constitutional scholar say the very same thing. Alan Dershowitz has opined that Donald Trump could govern from his cell.

Look at where we’ve come in the past eight years. Prior to 2015 this would have been batshit. Now, ho hum. The story won’t even get a lot of novelty coverage, most likely.
Exotic might actually be better than Trump or DeSantis.
And here’s a thought: We know that Rupert Murdoch is vehemently against Trump these days, or so the recent op/ed in the New York Post would indicate. Is Joe Exotic his choice for the 2024 ticket?
