Just keep quiet and listen. Sometime over the next week or so, you’re going to hear one last, tortured gasp, one last rattled exhalation, and the sound of an EKG flatlining. It will finally be over, Trump’s ego will be gone. And to be perfectly honest, I have no idea of what happens next. Maybe Mary Trump can tell us.

It looks like everybody’s favorite colicky toddler, Diaper Donnie, is having a wee bit of trouble with the new reality. E Jean Carroll blew an $83 million hole in his ego hull defenses, but it’s going to be something as simple as authority and accountability that finally melt the core of the death star.

Believe it or not, accountability has finally arrived, and Traitor Tot absolutely hates it! Since the Carroll decision skinned him for that $83 million, God knows His Lowness has had plenty to say, mostly on Bullsh*t Social. Good Lord, he rants about the judge, Carroll’s lawyers, the idiot jury, and the whole goddamned rigged system. The three words that have not escaped his lips, either live or via social media are E Jean Carroll. It took an 80 year old woman to teach a 77 year old brat how to shut up! Oh, I get shivers every time I think about Traitor Tot grinding his teeth together as he has to restrain himself from blurting out her vile and cursed name.

And it’s about to get even worse, twice over. The jury had barely completed the task of reading the verdict, when El Pendejo Presidente was already bellowing that he was going to appeal the ridiculous verdict! Not if he doesn’t have an attitude adjustment most riki-tik. And if he does, it will be what finally triggers the chain reaction that kills his ego once and for all.

I wrote a ew days ago about how the court system has come up with a little stopper for deadbeat schmucks like Trump. It’s called a surety bond. What it means simply is that when a high value judgement comes out, if the loser has to post a bond, just like bail before the appeal is accepted by the court. This ensures payment upon an appellate loss.

Oddly enough Trump has already had to do this. Last year, when the first Carroll jury awarded her some $5 million, Trump had to post a surety bond before he could file his appeal. As near as I can figure, because the sum was what would be considered moderate, even for a flagrant liar like Trump, he was able to post the bond quietly, without the media taking much notice or remarking on it. At that time, hell, I didn’t even know that the surety bonds existed.

But this time I do, Hell, we all do. Because an $83 million surety bond is a hell of a lot bigger and more problematic than a $5 million one. And Carroll’s lawyers slid the shiv in in a deliciously Machiavellian way when they made sure that everybody now knows that The Scruffy Guru bragged in his deposition that he was sitting on a phat $450 million contingency fund. In cash. $83 million in surety bond should be no problemo.

What a crock of sh*t. trump doesn’t have a $450 million cash reserve contingency fund. In fact I’m betting he doesn’t even have $45 million in cash lying around, even if he looks under the sofa cushions. But here’s the best part. If he wants to file that appeal, he’s going to have to find it. And when he does, and files the appeal, that court process will become public record, and everybody will get to know how he came up with the cash!

What assets did The Cheeto Prophet have to sell to come up with $83 million? What properties did he have to post as collateral for that surety bond? And most importantly, What happened to the $450 million in cash, fool?!

Make no mistake about it, Trump knows what a loser looks like, he’s been calling everybody else one for decades. And right now, every time Trump looks in a mirror, what he sees is a big, fat, loser!

And it’s only going to get worse. Because sometime in the next week, Judge Arthur Engeron is going to take a bite out of Trump’s fat ass. I’m guessing that Engeron, not wanting to have the damages amount overturned or adjusted downwards on appeal, will nail him for somewhere between $275-325 million. Once again Trump will appeal, and once again his method of payment for the surety bond will become public record.

But here’s what I’d really like to learn from Mary Trump. Look, from where I’m sitting, forget the money. When you come right down to it, the money and the properties aren’t Trump’s ego, the money and the property are what feeds Trump’s voracious ego. Those are the things that make him special, some kind of Aryan Superman, And the fact that he could make and take all that money, and hold it off over all comers, literally makes him feel bulletproof, above the law.

That’s over now. Because an 80 year old woman, a black civil servant with a title, two pipsqueak judges, and a couple of handfuls of everyday slobs are literally taking his sh*t! Not only that, but when he tries to appeal to get some or all of it back, they’re forcing him to show them the color of his green, like he’s not good for it! Like some 3rd rate LOSER! And if that can happen, what power over his personal freedom can another couple of civil servants, judges, and a couple of dozen lowlife slobs have over him? I don’t know Trump can rebuild an ego so thoroughly shattered, but maybe Mary Trump can tell us.

I thank you for the privilege of your time.

  1. Yep, Joseph, another masterful and accurate overview you’ve brought to written life. Your “… it’s about to get even worse, twice over…” is spot on, as the malodorous death star continues to collapse in on itself. The tick, tick, tickerty tick is getting louder and gaining pace as the ‘spectacular face plant’ careens into view, for all to see, from over the ever shortening horizon. Delicious spectacle, isn’t it. Keep up the good work, it’ll surely encourage an uptake in voting for the right person, and that’s not Don Don but his nemesis – good will triumph!

  2. “Loser” hits him harder. He lost the E. Jean Carroll case. He has already lost the NYC case but we don’t know by how much. 45 is a loser and a rapist (per the judge he raped her.) Repeat and repeat and repeat.

  3. What’s truly delicious about the Carrol decisions is, he has only his big mouth to blame.
His whole life, he has been unable to resist blasting off at the slightest perceived slight.
This time it cost him nearly $90 million.
This is the “finding out” part and I’m here for it.
