The mighty do fall. We have seen this both in reality and in fiction since the beginning of the recorded word. Sherlock Holmes may have survived being dragged down Reichenbach Falls, but it’s doubtful that Mike Lindell is going to survive being dragged through litigation by Dominion Voting Systems. From all signs at present, he’s going to be drowned like a rat.

Lindell reported recently that his private jet had “broken” and that he took that as “divine intervention.” Now God goes around breaking airplanes? And when He does, that’s to be taken as a sign to sell? Did God break Donald Trump’s plane, too? Asking for the folks who run the terminal it’s abandoned on in New York. Their attitude so far as been, “We’re running an airport here, this isn’t a parking lot.” Salon:

Josh Merritt, a former member of Lindell’s “red team” at his August South Dakota event, told Salon the plane was sold to bankroll Lindell’s legal defense in the Dominion suit.

The pillow king unloaded the aircraft “because he’s needing money,” Merritt said. “He just started raising money for the lawsuit by Dominion.”

Merritt also said that while he was working with Lindell’s team earlier this summer, the Falcon 50 plane was apparently out of commission. An employee of Lindell’s “told me they quit using it,” he said.

Asked whether he had sold an airplane to raise money, Lindell called one Salon reporter “flying pond scum” and “slime.”

Maybe I should call him up and ask about the plane? I wonder what he’d call me? “Hi Mike, this is Yersoola, Uzilla, from PolitiZoom, that you never heard of? Remember me?”

“I was so happy when I came out of Missouri [last week], and, actually, my plane broke, and I know that was God’s way of saying, ‘You aren’t missing this meeting,'” he said. “It was just a divine appointment.”

According to Khaya Himmelman, a reporter for the Dispatch who attended Lindell’s ill-fated South Dakota event, the pillow king “has nowhere left to go, and the game is finally over.”

Even Lindell’s most loyal followers “could never say for certain that he had the ‘evidence,'” Himmelman continued, “but now it’s abundantly clear that he doesn’t, and he never did. I think as we get further and further away from this election, any association with Lindell will be seen as highly embarrassing, so more and more of his already dwindling following will quietly distance themselves.” […]

Most of Lindell’s supposed evidence of election fraud, as Himmelman noted, was likely provided by self-appointed “investigative journalist” and right-wing operative Mary Fanning, whose sole source was a discredited former government contractor named Dennis Montgomery, “who has a long history of making outlandish claims that fail to come true,” as the Daily Beast wrote last November. Fanning and Montgomery are viewed with immense suspicion even among Trump supporters and Republicans, which may explain why Lindell has been completely ignored in recent months by Fox News and other conservative outlets.

I would love to know how much money Dennis Montgomery soaked Lindell for. Montgomery, if you’re not familiar with his name, was the guy who convinced Dubya that he could discern hidden Al Queda messages in Al Jazeera broadcasts. That destroyed his credibility totally, except apparently to Mike Lindell.

Lindell said he lost $65 million from discontinued Fox News advertising, plus there was money lost from other retailers deciding not to stock his brand before then, and it’s anybody’s guess how much Montgomery and “Dr.” Frank got for their services. Montgomery didn’t even show at the cyber symposium. He called in at the last minute and said he was worried about having a stroke.

It’s sad to watch the self-immolation that the Stop the Steal people are going through. Rudy Giuliani is making an ass of himself doing gigs on Cameo. If you hadn’t heard, he was tricked into ridiculing one of his own clients in a video. Then Sidney Powell ran off set when an Australian journalist asked her about simple, easily obtained facts about Smartmatic.

The entire Stop the Steal machine is grinding to a halt with sand in its gears. And Dominion is just getting warmed up. This will be an interesting trial to follow. Even the discovery process should be illuminating.

Anybody heard from Alan Dershowitz to see if he was successful in doing an end run around the litigation process and just deal with the defamation issues academically? Haven’t seen any headlines on that lately, just wondering.

  1. To be accurate, El Trompador’s plane is probably in a state of disrepair because the maintenance people won’t touch it without being paid upfront (if they do ther work first, they’ll almost certainly be stiffed on the bill). After all, the idiot believed he still had the free use of Air Force 1 for another 4 years.

  2. Do you realize if Mike Lindell ‘Itself’ was hanging by one arm on a cliff and had to pick between saving ‘Itself’ or praising The Trump, ‘It’d’ instinctively let go and stoically plunge into the abyss while fantasizing about getting reincarnated as The Trump’s boxer shorts?!
And ‘It’ should die of deep and slow moving venereal diseases rashes and pustules that settle deep within ‘It’s’ lying throat!

Also Ex–Former prez–The Donald–T Rump–The Trump Et and ‘Its’ Former Regime and Cronies and Henchmen and Minions–All should die by slow moving and deep rashes and festering boils!
